I went from an original Xbox one Battlefield one edition that I purchased in 2016 to this absolute beast for gaming, and it has been absolutely phenomenal. For gamers that enjoy Xbox products I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Oh my goodness, to say that I made the inner child of my husband incredibly happy is saying the least. He has been begging me for an upgrade to his current Xbox to this one. When he opened it, he was like a kid on Christmas. He was so incredibly happy. I have never seen him game so hard or achieve so many new levels of excellence in his gaming. New skill unlocked, best wife ever.

Well I would have never thought that I would be owning an Xbox Series X in my lifetime. (I’m 65 yrs old but feel like an 18 yr old playing these games ) And i’m glad that this being my first Xbox that I made a very wise decision. I haven’t played any video games since Mario Bros came out for nintendo 64. Quite a few years ago for sure. The graphics and action that this Xbox puts out is unbelievable. Fast rendering and smooth scrolling is beyond anything i’ve ever seen or played on. Also one thing that I enjoy is the fact that with game pass in the Xbox Live that I can play games at a minimum monthly fee. My all time favorite right now is F1 2020. I love all types of racing but this one knocks it out if the park. Finally i’d just like to say is that if you can get your hands on one of these bad boys. Be prepared for a lot of lack of sleep, You’ll be glued to that screen all night. I know that I have been.

I'm very satisfied with my product. From the attention of the young man in the store. The orientation of how to use the product and the difference between one product and another. The way I could pay for it and apply to make it easier for me. I'm very happy and my daughter is more happy than me. Thankyou

I love the Xbox series X so much! :) the only problem is sometimes the games glitch on me where I can’t hear the enemy team shooting or ulting in Overwatch. & I’m not use to the Xbox controller, I’m use to the ps5 controller but I don’t like the ps5 controllers because they break easily. The ps5 controllers get stick drift to fast & for the first time ever the x & r1 button stopped working on me! :( my brother says the xbox controllers last about 2 yrs which is longer than ps5 controllers.

Best console i ever owned.
plays blu rays, 4ks, dvds, CDs, xboxOne and SeriesX games.
supports up to 120fps and 4k.
i upgraded from a xboxOneS to this and my rank in RocketLeague went from stinky Plat to Diamond2.
Gamepass is a must. its like Netflix. 10 or $15/mo to get access to a library of 500 games. new games are added every month. most xbox exclusive games are on the subscription. the brand new ones are put on there the first day theyre released.
great system.
you could also download emulators to play old nintendo and PlayStation games on it. theres a YouTube about that.
old xboxOne controllers work on it.
yeah, great system.
such great value.
best console i ever owned.
best value in gaming.

This is my 3rd Xbox Next Gen console purchase. Bought a Series X and a Series S previously and now another X as a Birthday gift to my sibling. It runs quiet, takes long period game sessions without stutter or lag. Built fairly sturdy and can notice immediately that it's a quality built product. What's surprising is how much power they were able to cram into such a small form factor. I built a PC that can run about the same specs about a year ago and it cost much more in parts and the time in labor to put together. Price-wise, it's a winner. And to top it off with the cherry on top: GAME PASS. Holy smokes is this a game changer. It sells itself. Definitely would recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend

If you loved the Xbox 360 (minus the red ring of death lol), you’ll LOVE this console! It feels like the true return of Xbox to the greatness of gaming that it once was. I own the Series X and PS5. While I love both, there is no denying that I get way more value and use out of the Xbox. The SSD in the Xbox is in practice almost as fast as the PS5’s (barely any noticeable difference, and definitely none in the games). PS5’s SSD is much faster on paper, but I just haven’t seen the significant benefits of it over the Xbox yet. Maybe we will one day, but I figured we would have seen at least some significant advantage in that deparment for the PS5 by now, but we simply have not. Xbox Series X beats the PS5 in power everywhere else though. The only places where PS5 beats the Xbox Series X in hardware specifications is the SSD and the Wifi 6 card (although my PS5 is always lagging, so I don’t see any advantage here for the PS5 at all. My Xbox hardly ever lags connected to the Wifi). I’ve found the Xbox Series X to have way less frame stutter than the PS5 as well. Additionally, games are starting to look and perform better on Xbox Series X compared to PS5 as well, although it took about a year (at least it’s finally happening, though, and that should be the trend going forward!). The Xbox also has better features than PS5 (the UI is better functionally, quick resume is amazing, and playing with friends is a lot easier on Xbox). The DualSense controller for the PS5 is nice, but the new haptic feedback and adaptive trigger features slowly faded away for me over time. They are nice features though, and I do hope that Xbox implements them in future iterations of their controllers. I don’t find it to personally be a dealbreaker. The PS5 DualSense has better controller features, but the Xbox controller is much more comfortable to use for a long or short period of time. All in all, the Xbox Series X just cannot be beat for features, friends, online connectivity, GamePass (incredible value, entirely optional and not necessary to have in order to love the Xbox), console design, controller comfort, and all around fun factor. If you can only get one of the consoles (Xbox Series X|S or PS5), as an owner of both, I highly recommend the Xbox!

Finally upgraded to the next gen and love it! Mostly upgraded to be able to play Oblivion Remastered and it looks beautiful and performs excellently on this console. Can't wait to try out some more titles!

I recently purchased the Xbox Series X from Best Buy, and it has exceeded every expectation I had for a next-gen gaming console. This machine is a powerhouse, delivering stunning 4K graphics and buttery-smooth gameplay with its lightning-fast loading times thanks to the SSD.
The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my entertainment setup without taking up much space. What truly sets it apart is the performance—whether I’m exploring vast open worlds in Starfield or battling online in Halo Infinite, the visuals and responsiveness are top-notch.
The Xbox Game Pass is the cherry on top, offering an incredible library of games at an unbeatable value. It feels like I’m discovering a new favorite every week! Plus, backward compatibility allows me to enjoy classic titles without any extra hassle.
Setup was a breeze, and the console runs whisper-quiet, even during intense gaming sessions. Best Buy’s fast shipping and secure packaging ensured my console arrived in pristine condition.
If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate—this console is worth every penny. Whether you’re a casual gamer or a hardcore enthusiast, the Xbox Series X will elevate your gaming experience to new heights!

I finally upgraded from the Xbox One X that is a beast of a console for what it is. I have many disc games so a digital console is out of the question for me. I can now finish Borderlands 3 and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands in an upscaled 4K at a butter smooth 60fps or a somewhat smooth 120fps. Red Dead Redemption 2, although it does not have a 'next gen' update for more than 30fps. I enjoy it only taking a few seconds to load into the game instead of the 5 or so minutes on the One X. Other games like COD, Forza and The Quarry; all look and play amazing on the Series X. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to others, unless you just wait for the next Xbox to release.

I'm very impressed with what the Series X has to offer. I'd gone with Playstation for the last several generations and felt very underwhelmed by the PS5 design and what it has to offer.
The backwards compatiblity support is amazing and I am catching up on the 360/XB1 exclusives I missed in the best possible way on a 4K TV.
While it's a big console, the shape and design are easy to work with. It also runs cool and quiet.
I was a little worried about using batteries in the controllers, but having a batch of rechargeable AAs around is very easy to work with. Unlike with the Playstation controllers, I don't need an extra one for battery emergencies. The rechargeable batteries last for days between charges. It's also cool that XB1 controllers work on the Series X.
I would actually recommend this to PS4 owners who aren't overwhelmingly thrilled about the PS5. It has a lot more to offer right now in the way of exclusives you probably didn't play yet and it is much, much easier to get one (Fall 2021).
Included pictures of it against my PS4 Pro to help get an idea of its dimensions.

I've been using the Xbox Series X for several months now, and it has truly transformed my gaming experience. As someone who enjoys a variety of games, from action-packed adventures to expansive open-world titles, this console has exceeded my expectations in every way.
Performance and Graphics:
The first thing that struck me about the Xbox Series X is its incredible performance. Games like Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption II run flawlessly, with breathtaking graphics and smooth frame rates. The console's ability to deliver stunning 4K visuals with ray tracing and 120 fps makes every gaming session feel immersive and lifelike. The load times are impressively quick, thanks to the high-speed SSD, which means I spend less time waiting and more time playing.
Game Selection and Features:
One of my favorite aspects of the Xbox Series X is the extensive game library. I’ve been able to dive into Assassin's Creed Valhalla and explore its vast, beautiful world with ease. The backward compatibility feature is a huge plus, allowing me to revisit some of my old favorites from previous Xbox generations with enhanced performance.
The Xbox Game Pass has been a game-changer for me. It offers an incredible selection of games, including new releases, which I can access without having to purchase each one individually. This has allowed me to try out games I might not have otherwise considered, broadening my gaming horizons.
Design and Usability
The design of the Xbox Series X is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into my entertainment setup. It operates quietly, even during long gaming sessions, which is a significant improvement over previous consoles I've owned. The controller is comfortable to hold and responsive, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
Overall Experience
Overall, the Xbox Series X has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. Its powerful performance, extensive game library, and user-friendly features make it a standout console. Whether you're a casual gamer or a dedicated enthusiast, I highly recommend the Xbox Series X for its ability to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience.

I don’t think I could say anything bad about this XBox. It is very sleek and attractive looking in itself, and yes they are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and Xbox carries itself with the name. I think they did a great job with this product. My son couldn’t be happier.

From the very beginning I have always been a DieHard Xbox fan. It was time for an upgrade to the new system couldn't make my mind up if I wanted to go with a disk drive or digital I decided to go with a disk drive you just get more for your money. My experience with Best Buy curbside is the best experience I've ever had smooth transaction fast and easy I think other companies should model their curbside services from Best Buys working system. I do travel inside the store quite frequently getting DJI drones and photography essentials and I can tell you they have very knowledgeable Associates and the best customer service Geek Squad is amazing service highly recommend them. Thank you Best Buy for making the best experience for your customers.

The Xbox Series X has blown me away in every aspect! From the moment I powered it on, I was immersed in a gaming experience like no other. The 4K picture quality is simply stunning—games look absolutely lifelike with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and amazing clarity. Whether I’m exploring the vast world of Fallout 4 or engaging in intense battles in Call of Duty, the visual fidelity is unmatched.
But what really sets the Series X apart is the frame rate performance. The smoothness of the gameplay, especially in fast-paced titles like Call of Duty, is a game-changer. The 120 FPS capability makes everything feel incredibly responsive and fluid. Even older games like Fallout 4 have been enhanced to run at a silky-smooth 60 FPS, and the difference is night and day. No more lag or stuttering—just pure, seamless gameplay.
The ease of use is another major win for the Series X. The quick setup, intuitive interface, and Quick Resume feature let me jump right back into my favorite games in seconds. Switching between titles feels effortless, and the load times are practically non-existent thanks to the SSD.
Overall, the Xbox Series X delivers in every category—picture quality, frame rate, and ease of use. It’s the ultimate console for anyone looking to experience the next generation of gaming, and I can’t recommend it enough! This is hands down the best gaming investment I’ve ever made.

Powerful system, love that I can switch between a few games without having to boot them back up, doesn’t work with Fortnite so I have to always boot fortnite up if I switch between games. No man’s sky loads quickly, no lag on Lego Fortnite, skull and bones works really well this season, minecraft is smooth, dead island 2 loads quickly, Works with my turtle beach wireless headset and the Xbox headset works very well with this system too. Doesn’t have much memory especially if you have call of duty which takes up like 200 g of space so I do have the expansion card and an external hard drive. I bought a skin for it and it looks lovely.
