Loved XCOM 1. Loved XCOM 2. A little buggy however

Not many console games can hold up to the PC version. Except this game! Just as great, same feeling, Ive played both versions, and can feel no difference. Although to be honest I do prefer keyboard mouse on the PC to the console controller.

If you have played XCOM before, you will find that this game is very similar to what you are used to. There are a few changes and a few new aliens, but nothing too drastic has changed. Note that, even on the standard game setting, this game is very hard, which sometimes takes away some of the fun.

Superb game that takes it far beyond the first version on the 360. The graphics and storyline are much deeper and enjoyable both in campaign and multiplayer modes. This is a must have if you are a fan of the first game from years ago.

This is better than the first one but more difficult. It has more aliens and the classes are similar but have new features. The graphics are better and there is more environmental damage such as falling debris from explosions. If you like strategy games, give it a try.

Its hard the believe that X-com 2 is better than the previous game because the bar was set so high but it is.This fights in this game were so much more intense & the customization for your characters is so much more in depth.

If you liked the original you will love this! Much better with more unique features and twists. It's a strategy game, so if you haven't played it but like turn based games you will enjoy this!

I'm a lifelong XCOM fan, having owned and played the original on my PC (486SX33, 4MB RAM...) and have longed for the series to continue to evolve and mature. After the long absence and darkness, the game finally came to the Console and PC Platforms refreshed adn with a new look, but the same old strategic and RPG feel. This newest version does justice to the series and expands on the beautiful look of the game. It's a different timeline and feel, with the planet earth under Alien "partnership" and control, giving the game a Homefront or Red Dawn feel as you, the oppressed defender of Earth must bring the resistance to bear and take down the enemy. Good gameply (still a little too long between turns) but it delivers a great XCOM experience.

Great strategy game for adults. Too much violence for children.

This is the sequel we wanted, a turn-based strategy game with tons of customization, new mission maps, upgraded graphics and voice acting while staying true to the Xcom universe and formula. Great game.

Very interesting game. Excellent continuation of the first game. Story continues from first game, but do not need to have played the first. Very good cinematics and effects. If you enjoyed the first game, you will love the second.

XCOM 2 is an engaging and challenging game. The graphics have been updated along with character classes and the mechanics around upgrading your base. Those that enjoyed XCOM will enjoy this sequel.

First of all, if you don't have the Gamer's Club Unlock Membership, what are you waiting for!? Amazing game for fans of the RTS genre and even casual gamers. Highly recommend it,

For my money, the xcom series has the best tactical gameplay of any current game. The balance between the resource management meta game, and the turn-based combat missions is perfect.

I have never played an XCOM game before but I am glad I did this year because this game has me hooked. The gameplay is amazing and the way it plays out keeps you playing so much

Engrossing strategy game with RPG elements that any fan of the Civilization series or other military sim fans will love. The action is intense and will get your heart beating

I love turned based games. My only problem is I tend to get attached to characters and it sucks when you do something stupid in game and that character dies. All I can say is save often!

This is by far one of my favorite games for my Xbox One. The game play great. Always have fun playing this game and you can play this game for hours

Xbox One needs more strategy games and this one was above average overall. Controls take a bit to fully understand, but once you know how to do everything it is a very engaging game.

Loved the first game and this one has a lot of improvements on the old with an original storyline. The difficulty scales quickly but that's half the fun.
