Really enjoying this one, looks pretty good for a mobile game. A little confusing at first but it gets easier with time and it’s well worth the investment of time in my opinion

I have found my time with Xenoblade Chronicles 2 incredible enjoyable. As I delved deeper into the game, I found many of the game’s systems becoming deeper and more complex, all the while retaining a strong sense of fun. Beyond that, I was engaged by the story and many of the characters. I believe the amazing soundtrack in this game to be the best that the Nintendo Switch has to offer as of this review. As it is a JRPG with a somewhat complex combat and item management system, I will acknowledge that it is not meant for everyone, but I do believe that this is a game worth playing!

Another landmark title for the Switch. What a year for this amazing console. Had a busy holiday work schedule and this game was my escape. Countless hours of fun guaranteed.

A great game that reminds me of the classic RPG’s like Final Fantasy 7 from back when I was a teenager. This is 100-125+ hour game so you definitely get your money’s worth.

The first two xenoblade games were amazing rpgs. This new entry is no different offering hundreds of hours of gameplay all on the go. A must buy for rpg fans with a switch.

This is my first time playing a game from this series and I am really enjoying it. In my opinion, it starts off pretty slow but becomes really fun once things pick up. The story has some pretty funny moments and interesting sidequests. I bought this game on a whim and do not regret it. I feel like I got my money's worth considering the amount of time I spent playing this game. I would highly recommend this game.

An excellent throwback JRPG. Covers most of the standard cliches but that's what makes JRPGs endearing. Plays extremely well on the switch and the graphics are well done.

This game is great!!! Especially the story! Graphics do suffer at times, but that doesn’t take away from the experience at all! If you like JRPG’s, you’ll love this one!

This game is fun to play. I’ve invested about 200 hours in it so far. In my time playing I found the environments beautiful, and the combat fun. I also found getting blades in the beginning frustrating and the story seems somewhat convoluted though.

What a great game. Huge open world, great battle mechanics, beautiful landscapes, plenty of questing and a great story. Pretty decent music too. Don't skip this one.

I put at lest 100 hours into this game and I did finish the main story the gameplay is fun and the story is good but you will need to grind alot and leveling up can take long and some bosses can be hard I heard that an update came out that made the game easier but that after I finish it. But you should still give this game a chance if you want a RPG for to play your switch

Awesome game so far. Good story and I think the cheesy english dialogue some mention was funny. I would recommend it. I've only spent about 30hrs or so playing tho.

If you enjoy RPGs with complex battle mechanics and a variety of strategy options, Xenoblade 2 is a good choice. The world is also interesting and fun to explore. However, the plot leans heavily into anime tropes which might turn off some players.

this game features a deep battle that builds on triumphs of the xennoblade chronciles and xenoblade chronicles x games. It very interesting and I do recommend it.

I'm about 20 hours into this game and it's amazing. From what I've read, it gets even better. What makes this a good game? Jeez, where to begin. The characters are endearing and the plot is reasonably good. The whole scale of the game is epic, it's like playing a single-player MMORPG, and one that doesn't suck. Battle system and overall gameplay is awesome, lots of interesting things to interact with, and enemy engagement does not feel annoying or overly-repetitive. Battle combos and leveling system is satisfying. It has the right level of complexity-- not too simple (i.e. not reduced to mere button mashing), but not too complex either. The voice acting is surprisingly decent. The visuals are gorgeous (even in handheld mode, you will read a lot about how the resolution drops but I never found that to be a problem). The sheer breadth of the game is incredible. You will get TONS of value from this game, it's not something you will beat and toss aside in a matter of a week (*cough* Odyssey *cough*). Overall, I would definitely place this up there right next to Breath of the Wild, and in some ways it's actually better. I hope that the Square Enix pays attention to what Monolith Soft has achieved with this game, because in my opinion the FF7 Remake should look/play a lot like how this game plays, in terms of battle system, world interaction, character development, everything. Overall rating: 9.5 / 10.

after beating mario and zelda I needed a good game to get into. I am loving this game although it took me a while to learn the battle system. highly recommended

Yet another great Nintendo game in the Switch's first year!

This game is an absolute must for jrpg fans. Support the developers by buying this game and giving it the love it deserves. Everything is great about this game

I haven't finish the game yet so this my initial impressions of the game might change. So far I'm in love with this game. Wasted many hours playing this game.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is another great RPG from what I consider the best JRPG developer currently. If you like the first Xenoblade and X you will like this.
