I loved this game when it came out on the Wii. I loved it again when it was on the New3DS. And now it has reached its final form on the Switch with enhanced graphics so it looks better than ever! If you enjoy JRPGs, play Xenoblade Chronicles. It is that good!

This is a a classic and it has held up well. It helps greatly that so many interface changes and quality of life improvements make the game more streamlined. The improved graphics are nice but it won't impress compared to newer open world and rpg games. This is a great rpg.

I played it in 3ds a while ago, and sold it to upgrade to switch. Im happy xeno is available on switch for it was a fun game in 3DS. same gameplay but better graphics and resolution. Would recommend it for xenoblade fans.

I didn't get a chance to play the original, but I'm glad I waited to play this version. There are just too many good things to say about it in a short review, but suffice to say that if you like JRPGs or RPGs in general, you're most likely going to love this one,

Heard a lot of great things about this game since it debuted on the Nintendo Wii. Now I can take it with me on the Switch and enjoy it. It's pretty good so far...about a few hours in. Story is interesting and can't wait to get into the "meat" of it.

It is one of the best games for the Nintendo Switch, got it on a great sale price. If you like JRPG games or any type or role playing games then this is for you. If you like more action, beat 'em up or puzzles like games then this is not for you.

never played this on the Nintendo Wii so when it came out on the switch I really wanted to play this game, when I was able to get it I was not disappointed. this is a great game looks like it was a new IP. A+ gameplay, A+ voice acting.

The definitive edition of Xenoblade Chronicles is the only way to play this beloved RPG. Not only is there a dramatic improvement in the graphics, but there are many quality of life improvements that make the overall experience much better.

I never played the original game that came out on the Wii and heard great things about it. This game was beautifully created and has very likeable characters. The battle system is clever and challenging. I would highly recommend this game to RPG lovers.

I first played a Xenoblade game on the Nintendo Wii. This is a remake of that game with updated graphics for it's new home on the Nintendo Switch. Well worth the repurchase. It's incredible to have this game available to play on a portable.

Came in around 6:00pm, but I was pleased to receive it on the expected date. Game is fantastic so far. I love the beautiful scenery & engaging story it has to offer. I’ve never played a xenoblade title before & I’m glad I picked this up.

story good . Combat unique. Very long game. Graphics could be better. But very breathtaking views. Recommend

I never was able to get a copy for the Nintendo Wii, and didn't care to play the 3DS version. This is definitely the definitive edition, the graphics are much better after seeing screenshot comparisons. If your an RPG fan give this game a chance.

I'm not a big jrpg fan, but everyone and their mother told me to play this game. I'm glad they did. The settings, the music, the characters, and the voice acting are all phenomenal, but the combat gets real repetitive in my opinion. It's just rinse and repeat until you beat the game. While boss fights are still fun, facing every enemy the same way gets tiresome after 45+ hours. Overall, I suppose it is a "Masterpiece" and it's still worth grinding through.

Definitely nice to have a handheld version, graphics are better than ever on the big screen. If you have the time to devote to playing this again it is worth the investment, lots of nostalgia.

This game is absolutely beautiful. From its lush environments that have such incredible vertical scope to its grandiose monsters, it's an absolute blast to experience. Bringing it to current gen has made it such a beautiful sight to behold.

One of the must have JRPG game for switch, i wish that i can play it sooner. If you love Xenogears, Xenosaga and JRPG the this is a must play. Hope they will release a sequel in the future or more this kind of title.

I have played Xenoblade X, Xenoblade 2, Xenoblade 2 Torna and loved each of them. I haven't played through this game yet but definitely enjoying playing it. Xenoblade is a must have series if you own Nintendo Switch and love JRPG.

So I got the DS version the graphics was scaled so so much it I couldn't get it to it. But this version looks amazing and the open area feels alive unlike the DS version. I would recommend get this version if you can't get the Wii version
