We had driver and Windows compatibility issue from day 1. Lately, frequent black screens became a real problem. We even replaced it with an identical card and surely faced the same problem. Ended up replacing it with an NVIDIA card which works great. I gave it 2 stars for the amazing software which would have been unbeatable if it had worked.

Stopped working (kinda)

I've experienced some trouble with it black-screening my monitor. The only way I found to get my display back is by force-powering off my computer. When I turn it back on, the card shows as disabled in Device Manager. My computer works great without the drivers installed for tasks that don't require the card, like browsing YouTube and other websites. However, once I download the drivers, my monitor randomly black screens, even on the same sites that wouldn't cause issues otherwise.

I've had it since January 18th, 2023 And it has caused me nothing but trouble. When I initially bought this graphics card it worked perfectly fine. It never shut down but then after 4 or 5 months the graphics card started repeatedly shutting down my system if I played a game too long which wasn't stressful it would cause my monitors to black out the black screen it just isn't a good graphics card.
