Upon installation in my son's PC, the identical issues emerged. Currently, I'm in the process of initiating a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). It appears there are widespread reports of similar problems with this EFX card based on reviews. In contrast, my ASUS ROG RX-570 has exhibited no issues over the past three years.

Only certain games run somewhat decent. Very poor experience with this graphics card and Best Buy was unhelpful with returns

Missing necessary parts

The 8-pin cable, warranty card, and instruction manual were NOT in the box as advertised making the ease of installation and setup more timely than necessary. Plan on spending extra money and tine to acquire all that’s needed to use this card.

First and last time buying AMD trash

No overclocking, professional installation, and they lasted less than a month. Unfortunately I bought them 5/9/19 as I buy Christmas gifts early so now I'm stuck with two paperweights. You get what you pay for in life and AMD is garbage. I'll be buying them both EVGA Nvidia cards to replace.

Some people may need more HDMI outs and also some USB C output. This product is not recommended for general purpose use. It may meet some applications that require more DisplyPort output.
