I purchased this card back in September when they were offering it for 329. I wanted to have a second decent PC so I can play some of these more demanding games with my son. needless to say it's been an absolute monster with everything I've thrown at it so far. really the only other options at this price point are the 4060 and RX7600. while those are still decent cards for low-end gaming. the RX6800 is a 1440p powerhouse. with 16 GB of video memory to boot I haven't had a single VRAM issue. Prior to this card I had a 3060 8gb in that machine and its a night and day difference. if this card comes back in stock even at the current price of $400 you would be best served with picking up this. I was on the fence with giving AMD a chance but it also compelled me to come back and get a 7900xtx to replace a aging RTX titan. AMD did their things in 6000 and 7000 series card. both cards handle Microsoft flight simulator 2024 with ray tracing enabled just as well as their Nvidia counterparts.

The XFX Speedster SWFT319 AMD Radeon RX 6800 is a powerhouse for gaming and productivity. Its 16GB of GDDR6 memory handles demanding AAA games and multitasking with ease, delivering smooth gameplay at 1440p and even 4K in some titles. The sleek design and solid build quality fit seamlessly into any setup. Performance-wise, the card stays cool and quiet under load, thanks to its efficient cooling system. PCIe 4.0 ensures speedy data transfers, future-proofing for years to come. I also appreciate its compatibility with AMD FreeSync, which eliminates screen tearing and enhances the overall gaming experience. At this price point, it’s an excellent alternative to more expensive options without compromising performance. Whether you're a gamer or creator, the RX 6800 delivers value and top-tier performance, making it a worthwhile investment.

For under $375 this is hands down the best 16 GB 1440p/4K card. Been running budget and mid-range cards for years. Finally upgraded towards a higher end card that wasn't over $400. Even though this card was released fall of 2020. It still holds up very well in 2024, RDNA2 still going strong after all these years. It's a pretty big card but runs pretty cool. Once you go 1440P/4K it's hard to go back. Get this card if you want to level up your gaming quality!

I bought this card for my home theater PC setup, I was upgrading from a GTX 1070. Massive gains over that card as expected, but what I didn’t expect was for my home theater PC to run better than my main setup! The home theater set up has a 5800x3D, 64GB DDR4, and the RX 6800. It just barely beats my main rig 12700KF, 64GB DDR4, and an RTX 3070 Ti in the games I run (Helldivers and Fortnite mostly). It has a little bit better FPS in both those games at 1440p. Hellldivers 2 runs at an overall higher frame rate, while Fortnite has less stutters (higher 1% lows) consistently. I find myself spending more time gaming on the couch now rather than at my desk. Be warned the card is HUGE, I was lucky to be able to fit it into my Corsair mid tower. Definitely a serious upgrade for those on older AMD cards or people still on the GTX 1000 or RTX 2000 series cards. The price can’t be beat either, I wanted as much VRAM as possible and the best value. This is the card for that. If nVidia could give us mid tier cards with more than 8 or 12 gigs of VRAM I would have bought one of those for my PC, now for the first time in about a decade I’m considering going back to AMD for GPUs. If this 4 year old card can perform this well, what will their next generation of cards look like for price/performance?

This card just rocks all the way around. If you were able to score one of these when they hit their all time low of 349.99 then consider yourself SUPER lucky. This card's price tag shouldeasily reflect 400 more or less, and when I checked my local bestbuy and saw that it was on sale I almost couldnt believe it. But it was what it was and I swung by and picked one up. for 16gb of VRAM youre going to pay soooo much more for green logo its crazy. I play at 3440x1440 and upgraded from a 6650XT - if you use anything less than a 4060ti then this card is absolutely an upgrade and definitely worth the price. Over the next 5 years as gears shift twords 4k gaming then you will be so thankful that you bought this card as opposed to some random 8gb Nvidia card that will leave you in the dust as far as frames are concerned. I just feel super lucky that I got in on this at 349.99 Thank you BestBuy!! Super awesome card, I loved this card so much I also went ahead and bought a new mobo and case and 2 NvME drives to go with it. All said and done, I pretty much rebuilt my PC because I liked this card so much. If you're on the fence and arent sure then THIS IS YOUR SIGN. DO IT. it has 16 gb of VRAM!! its got a beefy GPU - you'll look back in 3 years and know this was a great buy! I currently use this card in an Case: NZXT H7 Flow Mobo: MSI MAG B550 Pro MAX Wifi PSU: CX650M Corsair RAM: 32gb Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200Mhz CPU: Ryzen R7 5800x Non-3D

First off. The price is the sweet spot. Absolutely a great buy. Overclocking is pretty good. The huge cooler is necessary and it looks like a beast inside your pc. Performance is astonishing. PERFECT 1440P card... and for years to come. 4k is also very playable. Nvidia equivalent might as well be a 4070. Thats almost double the price. Snatch up this last gen beast and game comfortably for a long time. I upgraded from a 1660ti i got in 2020. Im very happy.

I can easily max out the majority of my games at 1440p without compromising performance. Cyberpunk 2077 averaged in the mid 80s for me. Compared to current gen, your getting more performance and capability for the same amount of money. The 7700xt is near this card in price but runs slower and only has 12GB of VRAM. There is coil whine under load but it’s not too bad in my opinion and gets drowned out when playing games. The 16GB of VRAM isn’t a necessity to me but defintely a nice to have. Don’t have to be concerned about any limitations. The video card shroud is pretty basic but the design is clean. It also doesn’t sag which is a plus. Overall great card for the price to performance and will last me a long time.

Over all very impressed I didn't have the budget for a new Nvidia card but my 1070ti finally stopped working. This blows my old card out of the water card runs cool looks nice packaged nice getting 200-300fps in fortnite at 1080p high and ultra settings settings, over 100 in tarkov 1080p high settings. Their can be some software issues I had to roll back drivers a few times until AMD fixes it not a huge issue. The biggest issue I have and it does not effect performance is the coil whine when playing a demanding game at high settings it sounds like a loud fluorescent light bulb humming it bothers me but with a headset on you wont hear it.

This was a gift for my son at Christmas and he has been loving it. The only issue we ran into was the physical size of the car ended up being 1mm too large for his case, so we ended up having to purchase a bigger case and a larger power supply. Once everything was installed it's been smooth sailing. He upgraded from my old GeForce 1060 and has obviously seen a massive improvement on both his games and the rendering time on his video editing software. Over all well worth the money and he couldn't be much happier.

Upgraded from a 5500 XT and paired it with the Ryzen 9 5900X for a total of 700ish both brand new. Works like a beast for Multiplayer FPS games as well as story mode games on maxed out settings 1080p. Upgrading to a 1440p monitor soon because it still runs amazing on those.

Replaced my previous NVIDIA graphics card with this after it started to go out after a couple of years and it performs better than my 3070 did. I can run almost everything at the highest settings and the graphics look fantastic. Easy to install, quiet, and doing great so far!

Upgraded to this from a 4060 and been very happy with double the VRAM and faster speeds. And it's not even that much more expensive than the 4060. Amd's software like the Radeon application have come a long way and their DLSS alternative is very competitive with Nvidia, honestly do not notice a difference. These days, an AMD card is the way to go because they have more VRAM for a lower cost. Nvidia is falling behind. You'll be happy with this card for this price point. This is the sub $500 card I'll be recommending to everyone now.

Solid. No it’s not the strongest gpu out there but it is perfect for the everyday gamer. Perfect for 1440p even in 2023. The size is pretty beefy, that is something to consider but it runs at very low wattage. For $400 you can’t go wrong. I was hesitant when I switched from Nvidia but now I don’t regret it. The software I feel is more ease to use for the average person. If you need a gpu and don’t want to spend over $700, trust me this is the one for you!
