4k quality and black levels are outstanding. Arc support really handful to use one remote. No fan noise or no overheating after one of use. Device is little large than I expected but that is not a problem. Using Apple TV 4K with “4K HDR” configuration caused hdmi reconnect issue . After hdmi refresh and changing it to “4K SDR” solved the issue. It took time to figure that out and in between I have to send it to Xgimi service center and they couldn’t recreate since they were trying with fire stick. UST projector buyer should plan the screen size and room height. For room height is less than 8 feet cannot do 150” screen setup. Also difficult to find table for UST projector in the market. Screen price is too high. Costlier the screen, better the experience.

Awesome projector! Google TV is super easy to use and the picture is quality is great. I was skeptical using it for gaming but it has handled all my PS5 games like a pro. No noise and does not generate a lot of heat. Must make sure you're projecting on a flat surface or your picture will be wavy. Great build quality and remote feels premium.

Xgimi provided special instructions to install Netflix app. I followed exactly the same instructions, Netflix worked for about 2 months and then it stopped working. I have been trying to call and email to resolve this issue but they don't seem to have any solution. It has been very frustrating and they have been asking for irrelevant information (e.g., order #, invoice #), but not allowing me to talk to their technical support.

I have recommended this projector. I have used customer service. My problem was I was using the wrong remote, once corrected, I've been extremely satisfied. It's a ceiling mount and back throw plus many more features. Check other reviews on other sites and choose to buy!
