Car has been in 4 times in the first month to get the glitches out. Had trouble with it getting started. This was for my teacher sister and it has let her down all too often. I must say that the service people have been very attentive to try an fix this. It was just in again so we are hoping it works this time. The other thing is that we were not told ahead of time that one of the keyless entry keys would be taken apart to be used. Left with one key was a shock and she is a nun so an expensive oversight. Had we known, we'd have gotten a valet key first.For the past 36 hours, the starter has worked so we are keeping our fingers crossed and were told if we get a valet key from dealer, they can remover the expensive keyless entry key out and use the valet key instead, so things are looking up!.Presuming this is a fluke as Best Buy was tops when we researched places for this starter.

How I love to get into my car and feel the cold air :) plus the safety features that this product have are awesome. And of course it has the geek squad guarantee. I can't wait to try it in the cold weather!!

It is nice that this is incorporated in all of the remote starter kits. I purchased 2 previous Viper starters and had to add a control module for both vehicles, increasing the price considerably.

Got it installed when on sale along with bypass interface module. Range says 1000m but I doubt that. With buildings around it would work from a block or two, is fine for me.

Overall, I am happy with this product. At first I had some issues after the installation but I got everything worked out and I'm excited to use this product to warm my car up when the weather begins to get a little colder.

Item was ordered online and shipped fast. It was as described, but yet to be installed in vehicle. If there are any issues after installation, I will revisit this review.

This device makes installing a remote start our car alarm a breeze. So when they ask you if you want it make sure you get it specially if you are doing it yourself

If your remote start doesn't come with a bypass module, then this product is a must. This is due to more vehicles having a chip within the key.

I wish I would have been informed if this was in the kit or if it had to be purchased & if there was an extra labor charge before the install & the cost

This device is so worth it if you live in the desert gets your car a jump start and a chance to cool off before you jump in it so worth it

This came in a package deal I got, it was installed by a Best Buy autotech and so far seems to be working great my car starts up ever time.
