Buy anything else!

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited to see if this lock was any good before posting my review. I have to say it seems pretty good at first, although there are WAY to many steps involved in storing numbers and making changes. The biggest issue that should stop you from even considering buying this lock on sale is that the HomeKit module will fail. The warranty is only for one year and the replacement is expensive and does not come with an additional warranty. Customer service is as bad as the product and only tells you that you should have purchased an extended warranty. The front of pad looks nice for the first month but is quickly covered in scratches under normal use even when no one in the house has long fingernails. I would never ever ever buy from Yale again.
