I’ve been on one too many emotional roller coasters with smart locks. This one is the right amount of smarts while not over promising and under delivering. This lock won’t change my life but it also won’t make me hate my life.

worked until it didn't even with new batteries it was not working.

perfect fit for the front door and security code was easy to set up

They are amazing, I love them last longer than the one with wifi.

The lock itself was perfect for my needs. Unfortunately I do not have a smart phone (you really need the app). When I contacted customer service they gave basic instructions and there was no way to reset to lock (I tried their instructions several times - they told me to send a video???)

Lock works great the only thing I would add to The features is the fact that if it doesn't lock to give notifications about it other than that works great

Does not come with a smart module, which can make set ups, especially for Airbnb's a bit difficult.

This is my second Yale purchase. I had the Assure SL before this. Both work really well. The only thing about the new one is that its not yet compatible with ZWave. Hopefully that support comes soon.

The installation was rather easy. You may need to deepen the hole in the door casing for the deadbolt to fit. Sometimes I get an error that the door is jammed or that it’s not locked because the bolt doesn’t fully engage. On the plus side when it does work well I can use my Apple Watch to unlock the door

Easy to install, easy to configure and setup. Looks good but not very functional. There is no lever on the outside and it's not easy to close the door by holding or pulling the touch pad. I finally returned this.

Is to simple, no WiFi connection, really can’t do much wen you not home

Great door lock, but needs to include the smart part of the "Smart Door Lock" for this price.

I thought i wouldnt like it because this is the non wifi model but you can add a it to this one. But even without wifi on it, it works great.

All in works well, but need Wi-Fi module sold separately to get the most out of it

Like it. Would like better with key access. I recommend.

I love this smart lock, great functionality for the price. I was able to make it work with Apple Homekit even without buying the WiFi module.

No other complaints to speak of. It went right in my homkit set up and it work perfecly.
