Awesome smart lock. Easy install and set up. Very quiet. Super functional and convenient.

Great value for money and very easy instructions to install. We were able to create multiple codes for different people coming in to do some work on our home. It was practical especially when we were not at home and auto locks incase someone forgot to lock the door after they leave.

This lock has been amazing! Ive been using it for my home & my rental as well & it has been flawless. Entering the code or using Siri to unlock/lock has never been so simple. Highly recommend this if you are trying to smarten up your home!

I love my Lock, the only reason why I don't give 5 starts is because I wish I can be notified in advanced that the batteries are about to die. I usually know that I need to replace them the day before or not alerted at all. When this happens you just need to use a 9 volt battery to power the unit back and will be able to open. Sounds easy, but takes many tries to be able to open the lock in that way. I also got the Bronze Oil look which is really nice

Overall, this product has been super helpful when trying to open the front door with my hands full. Cons, you have to keep the app open for it to keep track of your location and Auto Unlock the door when you get home. The batteries provided only lasted about a month. If I were to redo this purchase, I would have gotten the one with a keyhole for backup if the battery dies. The door sensor seems to loose connection with the door so the auto lock doesn’t work as expected

Great product, very well design, easy to install, the only issue the I found is the I can’t command to open or close with Alexa or Siri or google.. they recognize the device but I haven’t find the way to do it via verbal

We've been using this lock for a month now and it has been super reliable, it has never once not worked. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 stars versus 5 is on the difficulty of integrating with the Home App on iOS devices. There is a 3rd picture to scan (not mentioned in the manual) that is needed to properly use on HomeKit. After 2 hours of frustration and internet searching, I found out what the issue was. After that, it was a breeze. It is super hand to have access codes for different parties and is easy to keep track of it on the Yale App. Great product overall; I'd buy it again.

Its a good lock and I like it. Purchased it to replace a standard deadbolt. Easy enough to install. I had to call twice to set it up though.

Excelente, very easy control who open the door and closed, also you can manage everything from your phone and Apple Watch

We are loving this. Has worked great for family with kids that come home from school before we do. If phone died, they can ring doorbell and we can remotely unlock door with wifi module. The auto unlock works most of the time on android but every once in a while it doesn't, but no gripes. Would buy again and love how we can sway connection module out to use new emerging standard in future to save on battery life, but until it gets finalized, wifi is working great.

Very happy with the product, very easy, simple installation. It has lock sensor to indicate if door didn't close. need to connect 2.4 ghz wifi signal

The Lock was very easy to install so just follow the instructions or watch YouTube videos (if it’s your first time changing the lock). The new feature where it unlocks automatically when you are close it’s awesome because by the time I park and get yo the front door I don’t have to put any pins or anything. Definitely and upgrade from Yale Assure LS lock. The HomeKit integration with Apple is awesome so if you are an Apple iPhone user you might want to go with this smart lock vs others.

After using a different wifi enabled lock, with a separate keypad I upgraded to this model in the fall of 2021. It's been installed for almost 6 months now and it works great. The keypad is very nice looking, as is the inside deadbolt and battery unit. I've replaced the batteries once and it was pretty quick and painless to do, the app does alert you when it's time. I'm currently considering replacing another lock in my home with a 2nd one of this exact model.

I am very satisfied with my Yale Assure Lock 2 purchase. I am loving this touchscreen lock since I have replaced this with a keyed lock. I had so many problems with keyed locks failing over time, but this lock works really well. The app seems a little sketchy at times but overall the features work really well. It is also pricey but it is worth it. It also works with Google and Amazon without having to purchase an extra hub. So I like it.

Works great. It is easy to operate and set up. The only issue I had was with the install, it was difficult for me.

The Yale Assure smart lock was easy to install for someone who has never installed a deadbolt before! The instructions for installation were easy to follow. It easily connected to my wifi and has performed flawlessly. I did have to purchase a wood chisel to enlarge the area so the strike plate would for flush to the door jam. I also used the security screws provided to attach the strike plate.

Good lock with timer to auto lock. Easy install and setup. App works very well.
