Awesome smart lock. Easy install and set up. Very quiet. Super functional and convenient.

Super secure and customizable. We love this lock and feel super safe at home with our infant. Its also very customizable, able to give temporary or timed codes to guests/dog walkers.

I was worried that it would be a pain to install but I like how the app tells you in guided videos step by step on how to install it. Using the app is a breeze and inviting other house members and temporary lock locks for visiting family or dog sitters is such a nice thing to have.

This lock is easy to install with great instructions. Love the auto lock feature which i could disable if i wanted to. Now i don't have to worry about giving keys to my guests when they are here and i can disable their code anytime i want. No complaints so far.

Works great with HomeKit! Easy to install and get working with the app. Added easily to HomeKit. Only downside is that is doesn't include support for Apple Home Key, but overall very happy with this smart lock. Good build quality. Price is a little high, but worth it in my opinion.

Great value for money and very easy instructions to install. We were able to create multiple codes for different people coming in to do some work on our home. It was practical especially when we were not at home and auto locks incase someone forgot to lock the door after they leave.

This product is amazing it only took 1 hour the max to set it up and it was simple and easy. The instructions were on point and I would highly recommend this product. You can easily lock it with a touch of a finger tip.

Replaced an older keypad lock and have no regrets. This one is quite pricy but worth it. The proxy lock is meh, but everything else about this lock I'm loving. The keypad is bright and easy to use. The lock is smooth and looks good on the door.

Look at other options. Purchased June 2023. Starting having issues a few weeks back and have tried troubleshooting/resetting to no avail. Called customer service today and after going through the same process with them they notified me there must be an issue with the motherboard but since it was 6 months past warranty, they can't help me. I asked about paying for repair or buying a replacement motherboard and that is not an option. They offered 20% off a new lock but I will be looking at other brands at this point. Ridiculous that I am just supposed to trash this after less than three years and buy a new one. So now I have a glorified deadbolt and will not be purchasing or recommending any Yale products.

This lock has been amazing! Ive been using it for my home & my rental as well & it has been flawless. Entering the code or using Siri to unlock/lock has never been so simple. Highly recommend this if you are trying to smarten up your home!

Great product, very well design, easy to install, the only issue the I found is the I can’t command to open or close with Alexa or Siri or google.. they recognize the device but I haven’t find the way to do it via verbal

Very nice lock and is easy to install. I love the auto-unlock feature when your hands are full. A little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

Works like a charm! Installation crew did a great job with install and teaching operation of the lock. Will not hesitate purchasing the product again.

Setup was not as siple as stated, We are a family of 4 with normal use batteries lasted 3 months and lock gave no warning, no flashing lights nothing. Wife came home and lock was dead. Since we opted for the no key version she was locked out of the house and since it was my idea to go "smart lock" not happy wife = major problems for me. Does not give accurate status of lock being locked when locked manually. Maybe 3 stars is generous.

Its a good lock and I like it. Purchased it to replace a standard deadbolt. Easy enough to install. I had to call twice to set it up though.

Easy to use and works good. Setting up the code was a little tricky. The website isn't really easy to navigate to find answers to questions. But the product itself is really nice.

Works great very reliable! Love the ability to assign/send codes to friends/relatives. A little pricy so only 4 stars!

I have it installed on my door and it works really well. It also has logs that show who went in and out and probably can be used if you have renters living in your house
