Works great very reliable! Love the ability to assign/send codes to friends/relatives. A little pricy so only 4 stars!

I have it installed on my door and it works really well. It also has logs that show who went in and out and probably can be used if you have renters living in your house

This touchscreen deadbolt is great. It’s easy to operate and using the Yale app we are able to assign many codes to different people and give access only on necessary days and times.

Purchased product on sale; otherwise, rather expensive and there are better options. Looks great with wifi capabilities.

Best decision to switch to a smart door lock! Love the auto unlocking feature and in app functionality. It’s a plus to have one less key on my key ring !

Smart locks seem to be becoming more and more prevalent and I feel like we are finally getting to the point where they are now becoming a must buy. This lock by Yale has finally been able to give us a nice discreet appearance with all of the smart features you could possibly need all packed into an app with an easy to use user interface. Firstly, right out of the box you can tell it is a quality product as it is not made of simply cheap plastic and has that premium feel. I love the look of this lock as it is extremely discreet compared to the multitude of other smart locks out there. I think this is predominantly due to the key-free aspect of the lock as it eliminates the cylinder, which is preferred for me personally as it results in a more secure lock. The touchscreen works extremely well and the branding is nice and discreet. The ability to tap the logo on the lock to light up the screen is a nice feature to have at night as well. After getting it unboxed the installation was a breeze! I have installed a couple smart locks at this point and some are much easier than others and I will definitely say that this lock is definitely at the top of the list for ease of install. Then getting the app downloaded and connected to the lock was again just as easy. Again, the ease of setup always seems to be a major hurdle when it comes to smart devices to which I really feel like Yale has focused on this, both when it comes to the actual door hardware and software component within the app. After the quick setup I was finally able to play with the app some and discover all of the things that this lock allows you to do. The first thing I have to mention though is the user interface of the app as it is extremely straightforward and allows you to quickly get to what you are looking for. The features on this lock are all here including your basic key-free access which can be through the keypad, through the app (both on your phone or smartwatch), with voice assistant, and also through the auto-unlock feature which in my opinion is the most convenient and seamless as you don`t have to mess with the keypad or the app. Also within the app the ability to see if the lock is locked or unlocked is a feature that provides peace of mind both when at home and away. The final item I have to mention is the ability to setup temporary codes in the app as this is extremely helpful when you may be out of town or away because the app also provides a log that allows you to see when those temporary codes were used or you can even receive alerts as well. Overall, the discreet appearance of this lock along with the multitude of ways to unlock and lock the lock really set this smart lock apart from its competitors. The ability to provide temporary codes and see an activity feed of not only those temporary codes, but all activity is also a much appreciated feature. I don`t really know what else is left to be desired of a smart lock and for that reason I would not hesitate to recommend this smart lock!

I upgraded my keypad/keyed non smart lock with this and it's worked out really well. Installation was easy and the features and reliability is 100 percent.

I really like this lock. Looks nice and clean. Solid constructions. Buttons feel nice to press. Unfortunately it only works about 75-80% of the time when you try to ask Siri to unlock it, or it uses the location based unlock (example: unlocks when I pull into the driveway). I have 1GB internet service and the lock is only 30' from my router. No other devices seem to have issues. Hopefully future updates will resolve this

Love this keyless lock. The install was super simple and they have videos to help you. Once installed, setting up through the app was a breeze.

liked everything about the lock but unfortunately was not compatible with my security door.

Setup should have been simple but the smart app you have to use isn't that great. I created a new account and associated the lock and then it immediately kicked me out and claimed my account never existed so I had to call support to reset the lock remotely and make a 2nd account with exactly the same details. About two hours gone. The battery life is ok but keep 4x AA handy every few months. A new issue is the lock will randomly not unlock. You can enter the pin and press the checkmark and then it does absolutely nothing and becomes unresponsive, even after replacing the batteries. Support wants proof of this but it happens maybe once every two weeks and I'm not sure how to replicate the issue at this point. Once you reset the batteries, it works fine again for a while. Be weary of a keyless deadbolt and make sure you have an alternative method in. It should have been a red flag from the set up process not going through properly.

Compact and easy to operate with multi options. Easy to unlock even if the battery is out of juice through 9V external supply.

Silky smooth digital door lock, works great and love the flexibility it provides. Can't believe I didn't install these years ago!

These are easy to install and easy to set up with the in app instructions. The features are excellent and allow you to set up individual codes and it will allert you who and when the lock was opened. This a must have for anyone wanting to get away from having to mess with keys. I would highly recomend them to anyone. The work excellent with iphone and apple watch.

The battery dies a lot and the wifi never work. The ones without kiwi work better because the batteries last longer.

Install was a little tricky but works better than the other one that I had. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Easy to install. Integrated easily with Alexa. Looks great. Now going to purchase for other doors in my house.
