Overall everything went well. App interface and home integration was easy. The install was straightforward, a true DIY friendly project. 10/10. The only thing that I havent been able to identify as relevant to part of the install and the home doorbell camera. Once the door open/close sensor magnet was installed into the door frame the wifi singal went down dramatically to the camera. The lock was perfect wifi and bluetooth. However the camera was another story. I have since added another satellite access point (Eero mesh system) to fix this issue.

We replaced an assure lock with the assure lock 2 and noticed that this model locks and unlocks faster and we were replacing a touch screen for one with buttons and found this much easier to use.
The app allows for adding/removing codes tied to people and will use your phone to text codes to guests and track that code against their name.

LOVE this smart lock. Didn’t even know how much we needed it until I installed it. It can sense when I get home and automatically unlocks. The only thing is I was expecting to use the Google Home app, but I couldn’t without buying a $70 hub so it could communicate with the Google app. Slightly misleading. So we use Yale Access for the door and Google Home for everything else. I wish we only needed one app, but this thing otherwise is awesome.
We jist installed it, so I can’t review battery life, but installation and set up were a breeze.

I love not having to get my keys out to open the door!
The app unlocks the door as I drive up the driveway. It was very easy to install and us the app.

We just purchased a new home and decided to get this to replace a very outdated deadbolt. Install took ~ 2 hours, though some of that length was due to having to find tools through moving in. The instructions given were very clear, the booklet included a ruler to help gauge which screws to use, and there were also videos to watch if needed. It's worked perfectly, giving us some great peace of mind.

I made the decision to upgrade my keypad door lock to a smart lock. The satin nickel matched well with the schlage satin nickel. The install was easy enough and the setup was straight forward. Setting up multiple users and codes was easy. *Tip or trick: If keypad codes aren’t working after setting them up in the app, remove the batteries and put back in. It worked for me, but not sure why it did other than knowing its technology and reboots need to happen some times. I can now have peace of mind leaving my home with trying to remember if I locked the door. No more driving back to check. The smart lock integrates very well with Apple Homekit, and Alexa. I haven’t tested Google. Overall, I am very satified with this smart lock.

Very easy to install, easy to set up profiles on your Home app.
Bluetooth auto-unlock works very well, depending on when your phone picks up the connection, makes it much easier when your hands are full.
Auto locking feature is also great if you’re in a rush, but the one touch lock makes it so you don’t have to rely on it.
Battery life varies depending on use, I’m only on my 3rd set in about a year, back up key makes it worry free if you don’t have any on hand.

A few missteps during installation (my fault) as the instructions were not clear, but once I've overcome this, they worked great. Don't forget to enable wifi or you won't be able to control them remotely.

This WiFi enabled Yale keyless smart lock is sleekly designed and brings innovative features like Alexa voice control. I upgraded from a non-WiFi Schlage smart lock and the improvement is HUGE. Just speak to any Alexa device in your home to effortlessly lock or unlock your door, no key required. Yale's companion app also allows you to create virtual keys to grant access to guests or service providers from anywhere. Oh, also it was a breeze to set up.
Overall, 5/5 stars for looks, ease of use and connectivity.

Easy to install and works great. Very intuitive to use as opposed to the Eufy door lock this replaced. Many guests couldn't figure out how to use the Eufy door lock.
I just wish it would notify me when its unlocked and locked.

The setup isn't too difficult, especially if you have a basic knowledge of tools. It installs very easily and works like it's advertised.
One small issue: the magnet that goes in the door frame comes out VERY EASILY. I walked by with a piece of metal and it shot out of the hole. I ended up drilling the hole a quarter inch deeper than the directions said and putting a little caulk behind it to hold in the door frame. When I contacted their support, they wanted me to pay $25 + shipping to replace it!
Overall a good product with mediocre support.

Before the Yale - Assure Lock 2, I had to answer the door in the middle of the night if my separated wife came home and her key is "somewhere in the car," which happened all the time.
I told her I'm getting "one of those keypads" so she doesn't keep banging on the door like a psycho. Now I sleep through the night. If she's home, I'll know in the morning.
The installer that Best Buy sent was very professional and got the job done quickly and showed me how to use it.

This is a solid door lock, easy to install if you had a previous one already there beforehand. Then no drilling involved.
I love the options to open the door either through your Bluetooth recognizing your phone you’re close to home and will open automatically for you.
You can also put in a pin code to enter the building, and also can be accessed by his key. It’s great to have all those options I highly recommend this door lock.
