I love it. The only issue is that I can’t assign more than one option to unlock for a person on the guest list. For instant a person on my guest list can’t have finger print and passcode entry set up on one profile, you have to create two individual profile of the option. Only the owner gets to use both. Outside of that, I love it. It wasn’t hard to install either.

What a great lock, WHY didn’t I buy one sooner?! Simple to install and program, Yale app is very intuitive with the fingerprint and access features super beneficial! The front door is now the standard for the neighborhood and looks gooood. With the BB Total Rewards I also have the price guarantee and extended warranty!! Wooooooooo… love this lock! Convenient to be able to lock door without keys. However, sometimes app is slow to unlock door when trying to enter house. But a move in a more modern direction for securing the home.

Installation was simple. I love the convenience of keyless entry and being able to lock or unlock remotely via the app. It’s reliable, and integrates seamlessly with my smart home setup.

This is a game changer for a busy family that's always on the go. I'll be holding my son, and 5 other things and don't have to worry about locking the door with a key. Same with coming home: the door unlocks soon before we pull up to the house. Setup is not much more complicated than a regular door knob.

Bought this lock to put on an Airbnb. Easy to install works perfectly. The app allows you to change the lock codes easily. The app notifications are a plus letting you know whether the lock is secured or unsecured.

The lock is great and very easy to use once you have everything lined up. The most frustrating part was during set up the fingerprint recognition took multiple (15x) to get it to read appropriately.

Looks very sleek and installed easily. Just remember to take the plastic protective film off BEFORE you install it on the door. I found that it wraps all the way around the back and so I had to uninstall the lock to remove it, then install it again.

I researched for a while and finally went with this lock. The lock has a feature called auto passage mode which simply means once activated it will auto unlock after you lock the door. There is no way to disable it and almost impossible to not put it into that mode. Google it and you’ll see. Also 3 times after installing the lock it unlocked on its own when we werent even home. Its awful. Returned it and bought Schlage Encode Plus. Love it.

Batteries die really quickly, otherwise, the lock is very convenient. I like the option of having a physical key.

While relatively easy to install and use, the product has some issues. The battery life is relatively short, lasting only 4-6 weeks before requiring a change of the four AA batteries. Additionally, the auto-lock function is unreliable, regardless of whether or not the sensor is utilized. Therefore, it requires some second-guessing and more research to ensure you get the best value for your money.

Love the options…. I can use a pin, app, fingerprint or key to lock/unlock…. I can also give temporary access to guest…. Also compatible with Amazon Key Deliveries… does it all…. Just be mindful that it doesn’t work for every door…. But i love it
