Stopped working after six months

The fingerprint is a little finicky. We purchased and installed the lock in July, and it quit working completely in December. The lock batteries died and when we changed the batteries, it just didn't turn back on. We've been working with the manufacturer for weeks to get a replacement, but it has been slow going.

Great lock if you only need it for a few months
