    I love this tool. We often have family stop by the house when we're not home, so nice that I can set everyone up with their own code. I have struggled to get the finger print to work and sometimes it says it is unlocked on the app when it is clearly locked, but may be user error.

    Had a locksmith install. The fingerprint reader function was opening when others put their finger on the reader. We tried multiple resets, and spoke to the Yale customer service representative in our attempt to fix the problem. Nothing worked, as it kept opening when anyone touched the reader. When I returned to Best Buy in the appropriate time frame, they would not give me a refund - only store credit for a defective product they sold.

    Perfect for cost and sleek. Opens quickly. Can use fingerprint and code and use through phone app. A bit weather resistant too, it rains of mine often.

    Installation can be a bit difficult, but so far I like the lock. It was on the space on the shelf that showed $99 in store. I thought that was a great price. Then I learned the actual price is around $280. I think somewhere in between would be the correct price for this item.

    This would work great on a temporary rental, but not great for your permanent home. It looks great, is built well, and easy enough to install, but it malfunctions a lot! The fingerprint reader is horrible. It often does not auto-lock after closing. And is acting up more and more after being only a couple months old. Overall, this is an okay product, but I would not purchase again—especially not for this high of a price.
