So far so good. I’ve only had the lock since 1/8/25. The first lock failed so we will see how long this one lasts.

Works great. The fingerprint sensor option is a game changer.

Pretty good, but it will engage the lock of the door is open (like on a nice day leaving the door open) kind of a dumb feature

These are so much better than the Kwikset smart locks I previously had. They are faster, quieter, and more durable. Two of my Kwikset Halos died in less than a year.

If I could give this cero starts I would , i had nothing but problems with this since day one . The auto lock feature stops working randomly, if i re calibrate it will work again for a week or so and stops working again, the finger print scan it never works on the firts attempt, i gotten locked out several times because it won’t recognize my finger , they wifi drops all the time , i run netgear orbi system at home , this is the only device that has issues with my internet . The battery life is crazy short 4 weeks if your lucky .

Love love love it I had another brand (ultloq) and it was horrible. The Yale lock does not need a hub and is glitch free after 3 months of daily use

This lock has been wonderful! I originally have a Level Lock, and the battery life was not great. This is a huge improvement. I enjoy the fingerprint reader as it is quick and easy to use!

Still new but seems to be working well. Small problem accepting fingerprint after setup but seems better now.

This smart lock has been a major disappointment. Its fundamental function is unreliable: I've been locked out multiple times because the Touch ID is inconsistent at best. The performance is even worse in cold weather, where the mechanism freezes and jams, preventing access. For a product in this price bracket, the performance is unacceptable. It operates more like a cheap, low-end model and is not worth the investment.

This lock is the worst piece of smart hardware I have purchased for my home. I liked my first yale assure lock but the module got fried after a few years so the “approach” feature it had didn’t work anymore thru Bluetooth but it kept working as it needed to. I got this one because I liked the touch feature and wanted the ability to unlock quickly. However this lock is where AA batteries go to die. In a matter of a couple months I’ve had to crawl through my window 3 times because the lock died on me. 4 times I had to change the batteries in the past 2 months. Unacceptable.

Really happy with this purchase. This replaced my gen 1 and it is superior some how. More reliable with the auto unlock and the finger print thing works very consistently unless my hands are all dirty.

I liked how many different ways you could unlock the front door. With Apple Watch, finger prints, code and smartphone

Purchased this lock about 8 months ago an it stopped working after about 4 months. I contacted customer service and they attempted to troubleshoot but could not get it to work. They finally sent me a new lock but the lock the sent only works with ADT. I contacted customer service again and provided them with the serial number, that was two months ago, now I'm have two locks that don't work. I could have saved a lot of money if I had kept my original deadbolt lock. If you're thinking of buying this lock save your money, it will only disappoint and upset you.

Excellent smart lock with multiple backup ways of opening along with auto lock/unlock

I purchased this as a replacement for the first gen smart lock from Yale. This is a much better interface and much better functionality. The finger print feature is a real bonus!

has be used from app, keypad, finger print and take keys. What else can you ask for. This all in one is perfect was exactly what we were looking for.

These are the least reliable, most frustrating smart home products I've ever used. They don't reliably warn about low batteries, they don't stay connected to wifi, they refuse to integrate with HomeKit despite claiming that they do, and after removing the wifi module AS INSTRUCTED BY THE YALE APP to resolve a wifi issue...the pins in the lock broke off, so now the module won't insert or work at all. Waste of time and money. Buy literally anything else.

I have 3 of these installed, and they all have the same glitches. The autolock has to be re calibrated every so often. The fingerprints work for a while then suddenly stop working have to ne re entered and re claibrated. Not everyones fingerprint will get excepted (kids) are a problem.

So sleek! Prefect for our front door and looking buy another for our back door

I really love the product and everything is good except finger print is not working I did follow the instructions but it didn’t work and try to connect with customer support no one is there to chat
