Great connectivity, much better than Level Lock. As an iPhone user I wanted the a smart lock compatible with HomeKit. This doesn't have "Homekey" but it does work with HomeKit/Bluetooth/Wifi to connect to your device. Geofence helps with auto lock and auto unlock when approaching the front door is great, especially with a handful of groceries.

I love my Yale door lock especially the fingerprint, auto lock and unlock features. It is stylish and so far works every time. I wanted one with a key as you just never know when technology will fail or act finnicky.

I’ve been considering getting a smart lock similar to this for a while but recently learning a close friend had this lock what’s a slightly older model and loved it helped me to decide. Installation is super easy and quick, usage and configuration is equally as easy if not easier, and the alerts you can set up as well as all the other features make this a must have in your home. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Been using this about a month, and despite being fearful after reading others reviews, i have had nothing but pleasure with this device. The lock functions well, smooth in and out, and all the remote access, fingerprint, keypad, key options work well and I am just pleased for a solid looking, and functioning product.

I got this for my daughter's condo and it was FAIRLY easy to install. It includes templates and pretty much everything you will need. Her front door and back door were different thicknesses and it took a little bit of work in terms of that. But she loves her new smart home locks and it is better for us because everyone has their own codes.

O bough other kind before but I had to change it for this one and I love it!! It was easy to install and configure for my kids codes!

Yale has continued to disappoint me, and this lock isn’t an exception. The fingerprint sensor is a real hit or miss, the battery life is absolutely AWFUL, and and only comes with 1 key. They print on the key to only use Yale genuine keys, which of course puts more money in their pocket. Additionally, the touch sensor almost never picks up when you go to lock the door and it doesn’t lock it properly, which is a huge security hazard. This is not the first Yale lock that I’ve owned. They keep releasing new models, and me thinking there’s no way it can be as bad as previous models, believe it to be better, but it’s not. Do not buy this lock or any other Yale product.

It connects to the Apple home app, Alexa, Google, and the Samsung SmartThings hub and app. We have set up the Samsung smart things app to automatically unlock when somebody in the family arrives home. (The Samsung smart works on Apple products and android products).

I was really excited about this robot vacuum, but the batteries do not last more than 2 weeks with normal use. After such a short time, the performance drops and I have to recharge constantly — it’s frustrating. Even worse, the return window is already over, so I’m stuck with it. What a disappointment.

Other than not have a battery life indicator, this is a good, easy to use Wifi lock.

Loved easy to used and helpful for older people when always lost the keys

I'm very happy with this lock. It's my 2nd Yale lock. I had trouble getting the first one to sync with my internet. This one works like a charm. I highly recommend. And I installed it myself, so you know it's easy.

Install - Requires a larger hole than our previously installed August Smart Lock Set-up - Code printed for linking with HomeKit was not correct, took about 3 exchanges with Yale Customer Support to get it resolved, over 2 days, but lock still worked and eventually was resolved. Now that it is installed, we love it! So much better than our previous August Smart Lock. The finger print option is sooo useful! Appreciate also having the option for a physical key in case of technical issues (or for those who do not like to use technological options).

It was a very easy process to exchange the old lock to this smart lock, and all you need is a screw driver. The best thing is the simple straight forward app, i had no issues setting it up individual codes and fingerprints for everyone at home. And finally the integration with apple, google and alexa was simple and it works on all 3 simultaneously, so far it’s perfect for my needs.
