Battery life is horrible. Batteries lasted a month. Just changed them for second time since buying this lock in Nov 2025. Now the internet connection is not working. Going back to a Schlage Encode.

Good lock. Easy to use. So far there have been no problems

It has been almost a month for me using this lock. so far I am completly satisfied. Installation was very easy, fingerprint is woking as charm. No any hassel of limited keys, misplacements of key.

This is my second Yale lock and the upgrade on this version satisfied the only negative comment I had on the previous version. They added a key lock, which is very helpful for rentals or even your own place and the battery dies you have a way to unlock.

Love the door lock it’s great when you can not find your keys to open the door when you are in a hurry

Convenient to be able to lock door without keys. However, sometimes app is slow to unlock door when trying to enter house. But a move in a more modern direction for securing the home.

This is a game changer for a busy family that's always on the go. I'll be holding my son, and 5 other things and don't have to worry about locking the door with a key. Same with coming home: the door unlocks soon before we pull up to the house. Setup is not much more complicated than a regular door knob.

Works as advertised. Was quick and easy to install, with clear instructions. I replaced my existing deadlock and took about 15-20 mins start to finish. App was easy to setup. Love the convenience of the fingerprint sensor. Works well with my Google Home setup too.

Installation was simple. I love the convenience of keyless entry and being able to lock or unlock remotely via the app. It’s reliable, and integrates seamlessly with my smart home setup.

Bought this lock to put on an Airbnb. Easy to install works perfectly. The app allows you to change the lock codes easily. The app notifications are a plus letting you know whether the lock is secured or unsecured.

The lock is great and very easy to use once you have everything lined up. The most frustrating part was during set up the fingerprint recognition took multiple (15x) to get it to read appropriately.

The lock works very well except that it loses connection with WiFi occasionally.

Looks very sleek and installed easily. Just remember to take the plastic protective film off BEFORE you install it on the door. I found that it wraps all the way around the back and so I had to uninstall the lock to remove it, then install it again.

I have had this lock installed for several weeks now and let me say, it has been a game changer for my family. Originally, I purchased the standard model at Lowe’s, but the next day I went to Best Buy to pick up a new keyboard and saw this model that came with the wireless module and the touch to open feature. I returned the other model straight away and purchased this one. The software is very easy to use and can be set up with Apple Home. With the touch to open finger print feature I no longer need to constantly have my house key with me and all of my kids can open the door once we get home. This has been so much more convenient than I originally thought it would be. We initially had difficulty with programming the fingerprint, but after a quick search found that simply closing the Yale app and reopening it would fix the issue with programming. Since then, I have had no issues. Buy this model, it comes with the Wi-Fi module, which you will want to be able to access and receive notifications from your lock and can be programmed to open with your fingerprint.

Love the options…. I can use a pin, app, fingerprint or key to lock/unlock…. I can also give temporary access to guest…. Also compatible with Amazon Key Deliveries… does it all…. Just be mindful that it doesn’t work for every door…. But i love it
