The door will lock on its on. Spend the money on a better one. We have had to go out the garage, because this lock would not unlock.

Expensive for the quality of product and experience. Also, ours totally shut down after our first battery change - zero functionality, still waiting for a response to my support ticket request.

I like the option for a keyed entry. I also enjoy that you do not require that old plug in wifi connector for the lock. This has a easy setup and excellent sensors for when the door needs to lock itself

I can check and operate the lock from anywhere on my iPhone. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Honestly one pain point is the requirement to setup WiFi twice to get Door Sense to fully function. And than not having any information on a KB or FAQ related to the situation. Their overall door sense documentation is rudimentary at best.
