We have recurring issues with it going into 'passage mode' that results in the lock unlocking itself without any user interaction. We've attempted troubleshooting measures recommended by the manufacturer, but the issue persists.

The lock has a feature called auto passage mode which simply means once activated it will auto unlock after you lock the door. There is no way to disable it and almost impossible to not put it into that mode. Google it and you’ll see. Also 3 times after installing the lock it unlocked on its own when we werent even home. Its awful. Returned it and bought Schlage Encode Plus. Love it.

Best Door Lock Ever

I like the option for a keyed entry. I also enjoy that you do not require that old plug in wifi connector for the lock. This has a easy setup and excellent sensors for when the door needs to lock itself

My only gripe is the display on some of their other models looks better and seems to get brighter. Maybe this is designed to be anti glare which I could understand. I like the functionality being able to use a key or the pin. It’s a good buy.

I can check and operate the lock from anywhere on my iPhone. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Don’t have to worry about spare keys and getting him back or making more to hand out to family. Plus getting it on sale was a big advantage. Such a game changer and improvement to make things much more simple and stress-free
