Wasn’t sure if this would work wow was I wrong this is one one the best investments I have made never have to worry if I forgot to lock my door it does it for me so many features .. !

The Yale lock was easy to install. I also like the various options it provides—HomeKit and Yale app control, passkey, fingerprint reader, and a backup physical key.

Love this lock. This is the second Yale lock I have had. This is a better model. I love not having to carry a house key and no fear of getting locked out of the house.

Love this product. Very easy to install with step by step visual instructions to follow. Anybody can install this without help as long as you can follow simple instructions.

It worked very well as a lock, it was strong and sturdy, passage mode and auto lock was great. Some times lost connection with apple home app not Yale app and Auto Unlock was not working well

An excellent product with super step by step DYI guidance for installation. Companion app for iPhone works with no issues as well as on Apple Watch.

Fastest lock to install and program will be buying more

Overall works but had issues after 18 months, locked bricked after an attempt to calibrate. Good thing is Yale replaced it with a new one.

These locks work well overall but are quite finicky when it comes to setup, connection and adding registered users/codes. Honestly one pain point is the requirement to setup WiFi twice to get Door Sense to fully function. And than not having any information on a KB or FAQ related to the situation. Their overall door sense documentation is rudimentary at best.

Great product, very easy to install. I would recommend storing multiple fingers but has been great so far!

Absolutely loved this product. Second one we purchase and we installed about 6 fingerprints for all staff to enter a private business side door and it is functioning perfectly.

This is a fantastic lock. I replaced this with my Schlage encode as it stopped working after 3 years.... i love how you can just use your finger and in you go quickly. I Will replace my other 2 schlage with this lock.

Easy to install and love that I don’t have to worry about the kids needing keys to get in while they get home from school makes one less thing I have to worry about

I do like this as a whole. I purchased it because I was upgrading my cameras and wanted everything to work with Alexa. It took me a little bit to figure out that the touch pad won't illuminate until you hit the check mark. Which is good for battery but it does make using it a little difficult. I've tried setting up the finger print reader but to this point, it hasn't wanted to process correctly. I will say, a big win for this unit is the fact that you can change the codes from your phone! As well as set it up for guest codes so should you not have a camera, you'll know exactly who's going in and out. One thing about this that is universally hated, is the "Yale Alarm" app. It will not connect to Alexa even though it claims to. But the "Yale Access" app works great. And I do appreciate there being an external master key access should you otherwise be locked out due to battery issues or otherwise.

Makes life so much easier. Easy install. Just wish the app was more accurate sometimes it says u locked when it is really locked.
