    Phenomenal lock. Love everything about it. The batteries lasts WAY longer than the one I replaced, which wasn't even "smart"

    The lock works fine, sadly broke down after a couple of months and Yale customer support was horrible but Best Buy triumphed at customer service and replace it for me!

    Do not recommend. We go thru batteries like crazy. The door will lock on its on. Spend the money on a better one. We have had to go out the garage, because this lock would not unlock.

    Worked well in the beginning, but continues to hand issues. Yale app reflects the battery at 80%, but the lock does not show signs of power. I continuously have to remove a battery and pop it back in to reset it. Even though when it does work, it’s great…I would not recommend this lock.
