Since everything is going smart nowadays and, my oldest daughter thinks she can just pop up at my house unannounced with her suitcase. I've decided it was time to change the locks in the house. When I read that I had the option to open and close remotely, I was sold. So far so good. P.S. make sure you have geek squad protection, it will cover most of everything you buy in Bestbuy for two years or more.

The lock worked fine for what it's advertised to. The fingerprint is a little finicky. We purchased and installed the lock in July, and it quit working completely in December. The lock batteries died and when we changed the batteries, it just didn't turn back on. We've been working with the manufacturer for weeks to get a replacement, but it has been slow going.

I love this tool. We often have family stop by the house when we're not home, so nice that I can set everyone up with their own code. I have struggled to get the finger print to work and sometimes it says it is unlocked on the app when it is clearly locked, but may be user error.

I don’t like how you can’t set a fingerprint and a digital code for the same person. Sometimes it doesn’t pick up my fingerprint so a code would be helpful. I like that it can be set to automatically lock when you leave.

Installation can be a bit difficult, but so far I like the lock. It was on the space on the shelf that showed $99 in store. I thought that was a great price. Then I learned the actual price is around $280. I think somewhere in between would be the correct price for this item.

This is a great product recommended to me by my BestBuy salesman. It's way, way better than the Kwikset Halo I had before. The fingerprint reader works great and the app is excellent.
