I contacted customer service and they attempted to troubleshoot but could not get it to work. They finally sent me a new lock but the lock the sent only works with ADT. I contacted customer service again and provided them with the serial number, that was two months ago, now I'm have two locks that don't work. I could have saved a lot of money if I had kept my original deadbolt lock. If you're thinking of buying this lock save your money, it will only disappoint and upset you.

It has touch screen for numbers to enter smoothly. It also has finger touch id that makes it easy to come in which is huge. App setup made it easy to setup and shows you step by step on how to install. Best of all it was availible at Bestbuy and price was cheaper than orher retailers. Great buy!!!!!

I had to use different mounting screws for the unit in order to get a tight fit on my door; the screws provided with the unit would not tighten down as needed to get a snug fit. Other than that, all good.

Best lock so far

This one besides it looks better and is smaller works alot better, for example the auto unlocked feature works faster than the old one. Wifi it's integraded so maybe that's why it works better. One thing I don't like it's the volume you can't barely hear it at high. Other than that I really like it.

No more keys!

My wife always and I mean always forgets where she puts her keys, now she just needs to use a fingerprint to open it. Perfect solution for a smart home!

Worst So Called Smartlock Ever

Finger print scanner is garbage and doesn’t work. The lock unlocks and locks anytime it wants even with it not setup too. Yale support is not good at all. They even have the wrong email address for support on their own website which is ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOCK!
