you may need to hollow out your door jam a bit forr it to be secure

We bought this for my 90 year old mother in law and now we can see and make sure the door is locked and when it was used.

Sleek and no finger prints, it lights up at night when you touch the home button. App works good.

The touch screen fails quite often. It is not very good

The insulation service was terrible. I ordered this lot a month ago and the night before advised me to get ready because they were coming to install it then the day off they called and told me that they wasn’t coming because they were still waiting on the lock, but I also had other service that I needed done and they refuse to come out to complete that service

Setup… well even though I was installing this lock on a door that previously had a Yale lock. The latch and front key pad couldn’t line up with the back panel it took while a time trying to get it to line up. Then connecting it to WiFi… the lock didn’t even recognize that the module was installed. Even after I followed there directions… once that was all setup I then added all the users to that lock… and wouldn’t you know, Yale made me go in and add the same codes to this door manually rather than allowing me to select the same code for all Yale locks. Sounds genius but unfortunately… after I did add all the codes and she was on WiFi… it still didn’t sync the codes so my roommate couldn’t use her code to get in. Lastly the fingerprint setup was ok, after reading reviews that, that feature was on the verge of being trash I decided to give up… I removed the lock and purchased another lock. ***FYI my life got easier when Yale and I broke up.
