The lock is sleek and the app is easy to use. It's so nice not having to dig out my keys when I get home with a handful of groceries.

This lock was made, outstanding quality, well built for a reasonable price. The mobile app is easy to use and very responsive.

Beautiful product. Easy to install and configure. It either lack of a basic feature or doesn’t work in my case, that is a self lock after xx mins. If the door is left unlocked it doesn’t self lock or notify me that is the case. I can do it with Apple Home automations, however, the second issue is that the lock frequently loses WiFi connection. Nothing else in close proximity looses WiFi connection but just the lock. So, the front door is frequently unlocked until other sensors in my house trigger the automation to lock it.

I purchased this lock for our short term rental and I love it ! It easily integrates with AirBnB seamlessly so my guests are automatically sent a door code for check in . I love the fingerprint feature on it so in case I lock my phone inside and don’t remember the codes , I can still get in . Set up was simple and easy . I will definitely use this over and over again for more short term rentals

This lock is great. I had the Nest Yale Lock previously and this is definitely an upgrade. The fingerprint sensor and the automatic unlocking feature when I get home are awesome. The only complaint I have is that I can't get the door sense sensor to work properly.

I had nest X yale smart door lock in the past, and decided to upgrade with this assure lock 2. This lock is easy to install and looks fancy on the door. Howerver, it stopped working after two months of use. The keypad stopped lighting, and one touch lock function stopped working as well. In addition, lock is always offline in app. Tried a different ways to resolve the issues but wasn’t successful. A good thing is it comes with a manual key, which I am using to lock and unlock. I wish i would have purchased a protection plan for it.

works great! set up was ok, not super easy but doable finger print doesn't like rough hard working hands, 20 images before my husband could get the door to finally unlock when he touched it.

This decision was to replace another lock, and it was incredibly easy to install and set up. Seamless connectivity to my phones and network. Biometric feature is blended into the logo and reads prints flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Finally changed to this lock after long time this is such a sophisticated and nice lock system. Very happy with that. Do not need to carry the keys anymore. Such a relief. The apple works great and the whole family can use it conveniently. It was very easy to install.

The lock was easy to install. It didn't take long to program all 5 household members to have access through their phones. I like the feature where the lock will auto-unlock when my phone is within 15 feet of the door when I get home. I have not programmed the fingerprint feature but plan to do so soon in the event I am not carrying my phone. I like being able to check to see if the door is locked without having to get up from the bed at night.

Have had this lock on my main house door for almost a year now. I have no issues or complaints, would buy again.

A little bit expensive but it works. I had the BT one and have it replace for this one instead that works via WiFi

Excellent smart lock! Works every time, batteries seem to drain kind of quick! I had a Kwikset smart lock and after exchanging it like 3 times due to malfunction I figure it was time to give another lock a try! So far so good, fingerprint works well as long as finger are dry, wifi option has work for me every time (no complaint there), keypad is kind of weird, I do not know where to touch to make the numbers come up (that's the only Con I can find) and to that I use fingerprint 99% of the time. At the end Lock has a great look and does what I need it to do!!!
