It was very easy to install and follow the directions.

When this lock works, it works great. The issue I have had is that I am on my 3rd one. Luckily I have the Best Buy warranty plan and when it is not acting right, I just go get another one.

This has been a great addition to our home. We enjoy the additional security and ease of install. Being able to give our dog sitter their own code so that we know when the dog has been let out and feed is one of the features we love.

I am impressed with this Yale smart wifi deadbolt. I had another brand for 9 months and had problems with it giving false information about the lock position, not working when the temps dropped below freezing, and the locking function not being smooth. I have had the Yale lock for a month now and it works great without any issues. This lock has great features with the door position sensor, app records and notifications of who and how the door was unlocked, WiFi operation remotely, Siri compatibility use to lock and unlock. The lock is not affected by freezing temps like the one it replaced. I was concerned about battery life using the WiFi feature regularly, but have made it a month without needing to replace them. A month of battery life is acceptable to me for this feature, and it’s still going strong. The lock build is good with smooth functionality. I have a friend who has had this lock for over a year, without the fingerprint feature, and it still works like new. At night I have occasionally gotten a WiFi connection dropped notification and later a reconnection one. Not sure if it’s the lock or my internet service causing this. I highly recommend this deadbolt and brand.

Works great. Use it all the time. I find it very helpful since I can let anyone I want in since I can remote open the lock. Also it tells me if I left door open. Works well with my wi fi. No issues connecting to it.

Excellent smart lock! Works every time, batteries seem to drain kind of quick! I had a Kwikset smart lock and after exchanging it like 3 times due to malfunction I figure it was time to give another lock a try! So far so good, fingerprint works well as long as finger are dry, wifi option has work for me every time (no complaint there), keypad is kind of weird, I do not know where to touch to make the numbers come up (that's the only Con I can find) and to that I use fingerprint 99% of the time. At the end Lock has a great look and does what I need it to do!!!

A little bit expensive but it works. I had the BT one and have it replace for this one instead that works via WiFi

Works like a charm. Very easy to install and set up. Was able to add fingerprints for everyone in the houshold and still have the peace in mind of a physical key in case of an emergency. Great product that we plan to install acoss all of our exterior doors.

I really like this product. especially the fingerprint reader works. really well. Just got a take your time with each time you touch the fingerprint reader. Don't push. Just rush your finger and it works really well. The install and setup is pretty straightforward. But use your own tape measure. The paper when it comes with is pretty useless.

Been using this about a month, and despite being fearful after reading others reviews, i have had nothing but pleasure with this device. The lock functions well, smooth in and out, and all the remote access, fingerprint, keypad, key options work well and I am just pleased for a solid looking, and functioning product.

I was really excited about this robot vacuum, but the batteries do not last more than 2 weeks with normal use. After such a short time, the performance drops and I have to recharge constantly — it’s frustrating. Even worse, the return window is already over, so I’m stuck with it. What a disappointment.

Easy instalation, good quality product. Took me 20 minutes to install and set it up.

Using this to replace the Eufy Security door lock. I wanted something with a bit more aesthetic than big black box on my door with brushed nickel door handle. I also wanted to be able to hand out temp keys for when family or friends stay overnight. This delivered and had the added bonus of working with homekit. I had it completely installed in about 30 minutes and completely added to my phone around an hour after it was delivered. No complaints from me!

This lock is an huge upgrade to the smart lock yale that I used to have with the nest connect in order to operate the WiFi and get connected to the app. Enjoying so far. The app can have a little touch up

Really about a 4.5. So far so good, no complaints. Still trying to figure out the open/close alert but I do recommend to othes as of now. Easy to set up and function.

This lock has exceeded my expectations, especially since we had home care coming in regularily to check on our mom who lived with us.

Easy door close and open lock. Alexa can control it too. I can open and close door from my phone, with my fingerprint, with a code and I can authorize temporary codes to guest.

O bough other kind before but I had to change it for this one and I love it!! It was easy to install and configure for my kids codes!
