Everything I was looking for in a Smart-Lock. The ability to check and make sure I locked the door from my smartphone is a game-changer.

Loved easy to used and helpful for older people when always lost the keys

Yale has continued to disappoint me, and this lock isn’t an exception. The fingerprint sensor is a real hit or miss, the battery life is absolutely AWFUL, and and only comes with 1 key. They print on the key to only use Yale genuine keys, which of course puts more money in their pocket. Additionally, the touch sensor almost never picks up when you go to lock the door and it doesn’t lock it properly, which is a huge security hazard. This is not the first Yale lock that I’ve owned. They keep releasing new models, and me thinking there’s no way it can be as bad as previous models, believe it to be better, but it’s not. Do not buy this lock or any other Yale product.

I was really excited about this robot vacuum, but the batteries do not last more than 2 weeks with normal use. After such a short time, the performance drops and I have to recharge constantly — it’s frustrating. Even worse, the return window is already over, so I’m stuck with it. What a disappointment.

Lock was a great investment in both Security and Convenience. WE our Family of 5 who dont need to fiddle around with keys any longer and can access our home safely at night with the touch of our fingerprint. Well worth the upgrade considering purchasing another lock our garage entry door.

Love this lock so much! Install was super easy with step by step directions and we were able to link it with our Google home.

Great Product Easy to Install. Looks great. Easy to operate

This one is fantastic. I replaced my old Yale which stopped working correctly and I love this with the fingerprint option. It was easy to install and set up.

My whole family likes it, we can close and open with the App, and sometimes if I forget to lock the house, I can check on the App and lock it from work or whatever I am.

So far, this lock has been everything I was expecting, VERY EASY set up, done by myself almost without a manual/instructions and this is only the 2nd door lock I’ve ever installed. If you want it, GET it, it’s the lock you never knew you wanted!

This lock has been really useful for us. The wifi feature is nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good fingerprint/pin code lock with wifi. One minor gripe is that if you have lots of people with access to the door (at a business, for instance), and someone forgets their code, you can't look it up for them like you can with other apps/locks that I've seen. You have to delete them and re-add them. Wish that was different. Other than that, it's been great.

Easy install and set up. Very conveniently shared pins and enrolled family through the app.

Bought this to replace my NestxYale, much happier with this lock, very easy to use, smooth operation, and love the different options to unlock (code, fingerprint, or key) easy to connect to the Wifi and integrate's ok with Google Home. Also like the door position sensor to let you know if the door is left open and not just the position of the dead bolt (ie locked or unlocked)

I love it. The only issue is that I can’t assign more than one option to unlock for a person on the guest list. For instant a person on my guest list can’t have finger print and passcode entry set up on one profile, you have to create two individual profile of the option. Only the owner gets to use both. Outside of that, I love it. It wasn’t hard to install either.

Terrible battery life and Wifi connectivity. Don't even bother trying to use rechargeable batteries as you'll get at most a week out of them before it starts complaining about them being low (even though they aren't according to a volt meter). When it's working it's serviceable but I would never buy a Yale product again.

What a great lock, WHY didn’t I buy one sooner?! Simple to install and program, Yale app is very intuitive with the fingerprint and access features super beneficial! The front door is now the standard for the neighborhood and looks gooood. With the BB Total Rewards I also have the price guarantee and extended warranty!! Wooooooooo… love this lock! Well done Yale!

Love not having to pull out my key. Can use finger print or code. Will look back automatically and you receive the notification on your phone.

Love this product. its very convenient to use, I specially like that it can be controlled with the app and the ease of using my fingerprint to open it rather than pushing buttons every time.

Finger print reader has only missed once on the 1st attempt (got it on the 2nd try). Fast, not too loud (at least not as loud as our prior kwikset garbage smart lock). The comparison is night and day between our prior smart lock. I can see why they use these on Airbnb homes, they are 100% reliable.
