The product was easy to install. I like that you can program to automatically lock at a time you choose. Very easy to use, especially with the kids.

Got for my Mother's house. Works as promised, be prepared to ve tech savvy. You got it though its heavy and so nice! So worth the price Spend it

Lock is simple to install and set up. Great for getting away from keyed usage and looks nice!

Easily replaced my existing lock with only a screwdriver. Took perhaps 15 minutes total. Set up the master code and guest codes easily. Love the autolock feature. I often leave the house for a run, and it's so nice not to have to carry a key with me. Also nice to give the housecleaner a separate code rather than a key. I did not purchase the wifi or zigbee version, because I can always purchase the module separately if I decide I want to integrate the lock with my smarthome system.

I purchased this because we didn't need to connect it to the network for app or remote control. It's really well built, was easy to install, and it works great. If you need WiFi connectivity there are less expensive options because this one requires a separate item to connect that if available for an additional fee driving the total cost over what you would pay for other locks with integrated WiFi.

Didn’t realize it dose not include the smart module in the box. If they can make the smart module included at this price it would be awesome! It’s bit hard to setup without a smart module. Have to do the clicking on the keypad with multiple levels of the menu.

Easy instructions to follow. Installed in about 10 minutes. Looks better than a normal door handle.

Replaced a door lock, other brand. This was easy to install & easy to setup. Allows multiple codes, for kids, grandparents, temp codes for service to inside the house etc., if you're not there. Codes are easy to change. Several finishes, the brass look, the chrome look & the satin nickel finish. We

Not the best. It was amazing for like a week, and then had problems with it locking, or so i thought. Found out it just tried a few times and then locked. For the price, you cant hate it really. But next time, im upgrading to a better one. But it works as it says.

Luckily I did not need to make any modifications to the door to install this lock. It did not take much time to install. Would have gone faster if I had additional help. The only downside is that it takes a moment to lock (when you push the button) and unlock with the code. I would have liked to see that go faster.

This a perfect locking system that can work with a code or key. Ideal for when you do not want to carry a key around. Great to set up a secondary code when need to let other family member as a one time deal.
