I love it. Works really well for our home. I didn't want something that connected to our phones or anything, just something to make getting in and out of the door easier. No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

A little disappointing you need to buy extra modules to integrate with existing HomeKit products. The price should include.. aside from that, works as advertised. Easy installation and instructions. Variety of colors and knob/handles to match decor.

Easy to use, easy to program. I did have them installed by a locksmith but I don’t think it was necessary. Easily add and remove pin codes. Without the smart module you can have 25 pin codes.

I boyght this almost 2 years ago and i absolutely love it. I no longer need to use keys to get in the house. When someone watches my animals I just give them the code to get in.

The installation instructions were very clear and wifi setup worked easily. Unfortunately, there is no provision for using with older doors which have a larger hole for the deadbolt. I'm going to have to buy a new door? Nope.

Setup was “plug and play” once you take out the old hardware. Touchpad could need some tweaking as it’s a bit slow to respond or not precise when pressing. But overall good product. Will consider the wireless module in the future.

Solid lock, but if you need it for a fire rated door, make sure to purchase the model that includes that addition. It’s almost impossible to find separately.

I already have one. I brought another one for my back door because i love how everyone have their own codes and u can use them and delete them. I also like how it can use it with alexa

It is the worst thing I ever bought it never worked and the company refused to send us a new one sadly I paid so much money for nothing would not recommend it

Simple and easy to set up. I wanted a barebones design that was easy for my parents to use without needing to sync with cellphones. This worked just the way I wanted.

Best Buy does not carry or sell part of the lock to have it connected to my phone. The person who install it told me that I needed these items . I went to Best Buy and was told that they don’t sell it. I have to buy it from Yale and when I made an appointment with Best Buy , the tech did not arrived on our set date without calling me that they are not arriving. Wasted half a day waiting without result. And yes, nobody told me at Best Buy that I needed these parts.

Love the product. The only thing I wish they had with this product was the matching door handle sold together.

I have purchased at least 7 of these in the last year. We love them! Love that I can unlock and lock from anywhere. Worth the wait for them to go on sale. Easy to install/setup.

I was skeptical of a code base lock, thats why i opted for a key hole but let me tell you, the code is a life saver. If you dont know where the key is just type in a code

I love this lock bought it to replace a much older version. I love the tone features and the fact it speaks. Integrates to ring with no problem. Much easier to install then the older version.

It took me about 30 minutes to instal. It’s worked perfectly since I installed it and I don’t worry about forgetting my keys at home.

I bought this for my parents house for easy access in case of an emergency. Gives us peace of mind and you can’t put a price on that. Highly recommend.

Works great. Very easy to install. Get this one and you can always get the wifi dongle later. You don't really need it

This lock give me and my family worry-free access to our home. I do not need to give my kids keys as they just need to use a code to enter. Love it!
