Nice improvement over the previous one. Although more plastic than metal (I guess that's why it's cheaper) but the setup was a breeze and seems solid enough. The opening and closing system seems to be more noisy but does the job and reports the status on the app more frequently. So far, if you are coming from the old one (which was starting to give me trouble triggering the alarm of being hijacked for weird reasons) , this one has been acting great and I like more the buttons on this.

Nice lock and pretty simple installation. The Yale app is easy to use. The Yale help desk is also extremely useful should you need a factory reset after firmware update.

Easy to install. Aesthetically pleasing, providing added security without a commercial feel. Online app is great for remote open and close as well as confirming lock status. 2 colors available.

It works great. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure you have a Thread server device (Google Nest Hub/etc) or else you cant even set it up.

Like looks cool and works great, but I didn’t know you need a google hub to add it to your google home app

​It was the only one that truly fit my door's specifications. The back section is, fortunately, much smaller than all the other alternatives I examined. It works as a charm, performing its function flawlessly.

Bought this to match my door color and it matches perfectly! The lock is tight and very easy to function. Only a couple weeks in, but no complaints yet!

It is not bad. But i dont like to give 5 stars coz i could not control with app when i go out. It needs to be connected via Bluetooth i think. And also alexa could not control even though it is supported. Using more money can get a another one but reviewers says that battery will be the problem also (no longer). So i choose this one. Anyway, if you dont mind the above problems ot is still fine and easy to use.

Easy to use. You can control from your phone and lock and unlock with just a push of a button. I would totally recommend if you want a secure lock.

Very easy to install but I find it a little challenging pairing it into the phone app. It doesn’t work remotely unless it is set up in the google home app.

We are very pleased with our new doorbell camera. It offers excellent video quality and a wide field of view, allowing us to see who is at our door clearly. So far the lock works great. We had the nest take lock and this adds a lot of features the previous 1 didn’t.

This one really fits my needs and was a good choice after becoming a google household over the past 2-3 years. The set up was mostly painless (any errors were my own fault so wont ding the product for that) and it does well alerting me to things. I will say the location of where you put the lock and how often that door is openned and closed in a day are good to consider so you dont go nuts from all the locked/unlocked notifications.

I give it five stars easy to use.I like how I can lock my door if im away from home

This lock is amazing, but you do need to connect via a bridge in order to control the lock with internet and echo. I was told that you can't use it with internet, but that was not true. I was told that you can only program one code to operate the lock, but I was able to program my code plus 3 more for family members.
