    Returned the First Order Speakers because NO SOUND. Replacement Has Sound. I asked for my $5.00 Rewards and was told that they Can not find it. I told them that my Email was just few days old notifying of my Rewards.

    They charged me twice, I tried to cancel 30 minutes later. After hours of multiple times on phone with incompetent reps , they still delivered 2 orders 3 days later. I refused one, they got it back, and I still haven't been retuned my money. Its been 9 days. All the time their website never shown the correct information

    These did not disappoint. The house was pre wired (these are NOT wireless Or Bluetooth capable but works as designed) They can be mounted vertically or horizontally but the mount doesn’t allow for the speakers to be tilted. Not a real negative but would have been more of a plus so the sound be directed more efficiently.
