Works great fills room with sound easy to hook up Bluetooth is a big plus

I simply love this product I originally was going to go for the Samsung 7.1 channel, all Bluetooth 800 watt. I was willing to spend the money but, after seeing this price and being able to push this 5.1 channel to a 7.0 channel who would argue with that! And believe me I am extremely excited now to set it up with my new 75" LG 80 nanocell! Once my speakers and A/V are all set up I'll post some pics.

I use this as a 5.1 system for PC with HDMI running from PC to receiver. Pretty well balanced overall for what I use it for (music / video creation, monitoring) . It has all the features I need for this usage. Not going to fill a large room, but for what it is, it works well enough.

i love this real affordable amp and it does exactly what i needed for the Florida rm, great audio sounds from gaming Netflix Bluetooth streaming from TV apps down thru HDMI etc. simply awesome and such a great price. I'm a Denon Amp and Definitive Spkr true user but this little girl does great for what i needed. room is 20 x 14 :):):)

Bought the Yamaha after doing a lot of research. The setup was easy and smooth. Followed instructions and it was all ready in less than 30 mins. Sounds awesome looks beautiful. I would recommend it as a starter home theatre system.

I was replacing a 15 yr old Onkyo system with this. Great sound quality for the price. Very easy to set up and the controls are intuitive. I decided to use the optic cable rather than HDMI and had no issues. I did this mainly for easy cable management.

It's a solid entry level reciever. Speakers are OK for a starter surround sound. Though it doesn't directly support Dolby Atmos or other high end surround sound features. The sound quality is good with some larger speakers and it has an array of setup features. Much broader than the 9yr old onkyo I used to have.

This Yamaha receiver and surroundsound system is probably the best for your buck. The sound is fantastic easy to program and has so many options that I probably will never use. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for a surround sound system and came across this, it is the best thing I have purchased and with a reasonable price. Paired with my Samsung TV, it’s a great choice! 5 stars. My home is prewired for speakers for surround sound. It is easy to install, everything is in the box.

Live the powered sub. Speakers sound great even at full volume. However, when I first got everything hooked up the sound was distorted. I checked cables and wires, replaced input cables and still the speakers were distorted. I hooked them to the receiver I was replacing and they sounded great. I have sent the receiver to be repaired and will update once it is finished and hooked up again.

What a fantastic bargain for such a great spunding system fantastic highs great low end bass obviously not a $3000 system but you get alot of value and quality for a very low price

Bought this to replace a Bose/ Onkyo system that failed after 7 years. We really like the added features that didn’t exist back then, such as Bluetooth connections from our smartphones and laptops. Relatively easy setup, and the automatic balance system for speakers is great. Also appreciate the contactless curbside pickup when we got this in the height of quarantine.

Bought this product cuz my old system had died. And ill say the ease of set up and the optional optimization cord was simply fantastic. I dont have the subwoofer turned up but a quarter of the way and it thumps great.. afraid to go any higher due to neighbors but i would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a good starter system

Very good sounds quality. You can turn the subwoofer up or down to your liking. I got one back in 2021 and just got another Jan. 1st. I recommend this for sure. Music, movies, gaming whatever you need good quality sound for this is it.

This was my first home theatre sound system. It worked great and really gave me an introduction into what good sounds quality can be. It is fairly easy to set up and the included calibration system does a good job. This box has everything you need to for a great sound experience.

Good quality surround sound. One thing I just want to speak out, user manual not complete, easy setup though it took me 3 hours to setup including cable management. But in setting receiver to the TV/Other devices it took me hours to do it myself until I called customer service to help me out. Note: Call Yamaha directly, called bestbuy tech support and they dont have any knowlegde about the product.

Very nice. I had used an old (but very good) stereo and was worried I wouldn't get the same volume of undistorted sound. However, this delivered more than i could ask for. The stand alone subwoofer really helps to provide a rich sound. This bundle is barely more than the cost of the receiver in store and the speakers are good quality.
