After 18 months one speaker is all static. I would expect more from the speakers.

These yamaha ceiling speakers appeared to be a very nice quality right out of the box. Installation was also very straight forward. The Sound however is my favorite part. The low end is impressive for the driver size and vocal clarity is amazing. The adjustable tweeters are a nice bonus as well. For the price i am very happy with these Yamaha ceiling speakers.

They are okay. Not great but not bad. I am using in bathroom wall.

Started out ok from day one in-ceiling install by the expert GS team. After about the third week, started hearing loud scratchy/crackly pop from right speaker. Now into the fourth week, the left side seems to have similar symptoms ...

Not a great sound. But these up against some Sonance speakers and they were better than the Yamaha

It is very average in sound quality. High frequency sounds really good where low is not what you expect from the price you paid for this speakers.

The sound that comes from these speakers are incredible. For the price, it is a no brain choice. Installation of the speakers into the ceiling was simple. The hardest part was cutting the hole into the ceiling, but Yamaha provides a template and you just follow your line. The longest and hardest part of the install was running the wire in the attic. Everything else was simple and took about 2 hours for 4 speakers. Definite improvement from the box Onkyo speakers from the original home theater system. The only thing that I noticed is that the speakers have a slightly higher pitch to the sound but are incredibly clear. I hear more now with the system being at a lower volume setting. Even a novice installing these speakers should not have any problems as long as they follow the instructions provided.

Definitely don't live up to the description. They were installed professionally and didn't last long. Less than 3 months. Of course I can't take them back to store. I have to deal with manufacturer. Still looking for some good quality speakers but haven't found them yet.

Bought these speakers to replace some onkyo satellite speakers as rears and wow am I impressed very easy to install and the sound really came alive. I know there are better out there but for the price these cant be beat purchased them while on sale look real nice too flush to ceiling .

These are very good quality speakers, but definitely need to be used in conjunction with a powered sub. They have a clean sound and can handle power well, but they have very little low end which is to be expected in a speaker with a woofer this size. Adjustable tweeters are a nice feature for "customizing" your experience.

Good sound and music throughout the upstairs for family and guest.

I put two of these in both my master bathroom and workout room and they are an excellent budget friendly option.

Good product, but TERRIBLE service from Best Buy Goodyear

Unfortunately, one of the speakers were defective through this open box purchase. But the return process was super easy so I do appreciate that! Will be buying Sonos alternatively.

Picked up a set of these while looking for some Bose since they seemed like a bargain. $95 for 2. Overall, just wasn't impressed. The range is very narrow. No bass whatsoever. Sounds like a pair of tweeters.
