ARC works 2/3's of the time

After two weeks of dealing the HDMI/ARC showing video with no audio, I am done. About 1/3 of the time you use the TV/HDMI ARC input there is no audio. It doesn't matter how many different combos of turning the unit on and off it only comes back randomly. So disappointing.

The auto function rarely picks up the digital processing needed. Would appreciate more power per speaker. Good, but I will be exchanging.

Frustrated

Getting it serviced by a Yamaha Service Center may take months due to a parts shortage caused by the Covid virus. Very frustrating to spend $800 and not be able to enjoy it.

RX-A2A have an inherited issue with Video & Sound.

This Model of Yamaha Receiver, it has an inherited issue with Video & Sound. I've had 3 different Units of the RX-A2A, and have had Video & Sound Issues, when just using it 4K 30/60 FPS output Devices.

Zone 2 Stopped Working

After 7 months, Zone 2 broke a week ago. I tried the speakers for Zone 2 on the SP1 and SP2. In Zone 2, they crackle on both. The speakers work fine in surround mode. I think the internal amp might be broken. Asking them to replace asap. I will update the review if replaced.

Spending almost three thousand dollars you would think there would be a big difference a big waste of money not at all happy.
