Really wanted this receiver when I first heard about it!
After I bought it I had nothing but problems!
Kept losing sound for 1 to 5 minutes at a time and the speakers would make a loud popping sound every time the sound would come back on then after the speakers would make the popping sound the AVR would just shut off
For this kind of money I would expect more quality control

This is my second almost identical experience shopping BB online. Receiver was listed in "Excellent, like New" condition. I received the receiver in horrible damaged condition. Not sure BB is shipping these expensive electronics so poorly packaged? Waste of time and resources.
