Crystal clear sounds on pool deck amazing look as well

Sound great, easy to install, look excellent hanging outside

I replaced my old outdoor speakers on the deck with these. Install was easy and i was very satisfied with the look, and sound of them.

Our older vacation townhouse had existing wiring (and old, worn out speakers) on the deck. These two were incredibly easy to install, and because of the way the wires "clip" in and the way the speakers attach to the mounting hardware (unscrewing from the sides), we will be able to easily bring them in for the winter rather than leaving them out in the elements. Great sound. Exactly what we hoped for.

We purchased 2 sets of these speakers on the "Christmas in July" sale. One set was to replace some old speakers so the wires were already there...took less than 5 minutes. The other set was just as easy to install after running wires in the garage rafters. The sound is great although it does lack some bass. I'm sure after some adjusting on the stereo it will be awesome. We now have tunes on all sides of the yard/garage and we love it! We like them so much that the next time they go on sale, we will pick up another pair!

Our outdoor speakers finally stopped working. One stopped completely and the other had loud crackling sounds. We were not sure if it was the connection or the speakers. Bought these new Yamaha Speakers, hooded them up and had beautiful sound immediately. Reasonably priced and an easy install.

These speakers sound great! They are easy to mount with the supplied brackets. The sound is clean and clear. They have quick connect terminals on the back that are color coded. There is also a short security cable to connect the speaker to the mounting bracket to prevent dropping the speaker should you lose your hold on it when installing it.

The speakers sound pretty good. Installation is easy. It would be better if they could pivot left/right and up/down.

We recently built a 1500 sf deck and placed the Yamaha outdoor speakers on each corner of the covered portion of the deck. The sound quality is amazing and installation was easy! We have raved about them to our friends and would recommend these to anyone.

I was looking for a great sounding speaker system for my lakefront patio. These Yamaha's have done the job and I love them. I listened to more expensive speakers but could not go wrong with the value these speakers offer for the price. I would not hesitate to recommend these speakers for any outdoor or indoor application. Thanks Best Buy for the great product at a great price.

These speakers, for the money are awesome!! Good looking, really good sound!! I would recommend them to everyone !!

Good quality, easy to install, and reasonably priced

I needed outdoor speakers for my porch, and it was these or the comparable polk speakers right next to them. These won because they were an open box and about 40.00 cheaper. Pretty pleased with the ease of install and clarity of sound, which I took for granted since they are Yamaha. Next time around I would go with the next model up for the 6.5 woofer, these really don't reproduce the lows that well. Great buy overall.

I have several of these speakers & the bigger 6.5” also. They both have great sound & plenty of bass, even from the 5” speakers. I have had 3 pairs of these for over 10 years, 2 sets under a porch & shop porch & all still sound great especially for under 100. Highly recommend.

Easy to install and provides adequate outdoor sound. Good speakers for the price.

Very clear, decent bass for size and good power handling. Volume is good as well, especially for a large back yard.

Bought these to replace older (very good sounding) outdoor speakers at a beach house. One of the old ones was blown but the other one had really good sound so I was concerned that new ones wouldn’t sound the same. Very happy with these and they were a good price too.

Although these are outdoor speakers, we replaced large box speakers with these for the juke box in a sports bar. The sound is excellent and they blend in with the ceiling. So pleased with them that I will be purchasing more of them for the outdoor patio and my home.

I bought these for my back yard and they have been great! They really fill the area with a rich natural sound and look great too! I have purchased Yamaha products before and they have yet to disappoint me. I may get a second pair for my deck with a pergola.

I use these speakers in my boat.The water spray does not heart them at all. they sound and look great.
