We mounted these outside on the deck in full exposure to the elements. So far so good. They sound decent with good bass. We like them, our neighbors do not.

I love theses speakers. The speakers were easy to install and the sound quality is mind blowing. The biggest thing was the price. Great price for the quality. I would defdefinitely recommend them to friends and family.

Smooth sounding outdoor speakers, nicely balanced needing only modest bass boost to sound natural. Obviously these can’t compare to my dual powered subwoofer indoor setup, but are great for outdoor patio background music for dinner and entertaining. I chose these passive speakers to minimize reliability issues with powered Bluetooth outdoor speakers. I pulled speaker wire through the wall with a banana connector wall plate to an indoor Bluetooth amplifier. So far, very good.

I was a little apprehensive when I purchased these speakers. I read reviews that they lacked bass but for me personally, there is plenty of bass. I also cranked these up quite a bit and they are very loud...a little too loud for my neighborhood. I am very impressed with these speakers so far and I am sure that we will use them a ton when entertaining around our pool and outdoor living areas.

These sound amazing. Installation was quick and easy. They have been exposed to rain, heat and now very cold weather. No issues at all. Love them.

These speakers are easy to install and sound great. Mine are in a covered terrace outside. We have alot of humidity and have never had a problem.

Speakers are used for an outdoor environment of 300 sq ft and they sound great from every corner. I used a Pyle amplifier from amazon which sounds good but would use a Yamaha receiver if I had to do it again. Overall I’m happy with the performance. It has the crisp and bass. Could not ask for more.

This is a good speaker for a good price. The thing to watch for is where you plan to mount it. Based on the way the brackets are position and the way it swivels, it's really designed to mount on a wall. I need to mount it under an eave outside and even at its greatest swivel, it still pointed pretty much toward the ground rather than out. There was no indication in the write up or on the box that it was intended for wall mount only.

Love these Yamaha outdoor speakers. I just replaced my first set of the same speakers that have been outdoors for the last 5 years in a harsh marine environment.

Easy to install since we already had the pre-wire done. The sound and quality is great. I definitely recommend them.

I've only had these speakers for a couple months and have used them maybe 5 times. So far so good. I did a decent amount of research and found these to have the best ratings for good balanced sound and price and durability in the elements outside. I did, however, buy 2 for each side outside to get both stereo sounds out of each corner, so remember songs are done in stereo and you might get some weird and unbalanced sound if you only do one per side/corner. Much better sound than their smaller brother, which sound very thin and high-end dominant. Overall, very pleased. Only downside is the mounts. If you want these outside, you'll want different ones. We had a set custom built for the angle and direction we were going for.

I just mounted them outside by my pool area. After a couple of tests, they performed very well. I especially like that they are outdoor/weatherproof speakers.

Good solid speaker. Hard to get. Took 3 attempts to get delivered. Don't use Rodie delivery service not reliable.

Yamaha has always been known for quality. These speakers were what my backyard experience was missing. Great sound for a great price.

We have these set up on our deck…they are perfect for this area that receives a little rain, sun, and all weather. The sound is amazing!
