I bought these open box for $79. It was a steal and no brainer. I put these in ky front yard and was not expecting much outnof them. They sound great! I have 4 Bose 251 in the back yard. The Bose have such a crisp clear sound but at almost 5x the price. I would highly recommend these yamaha speakers.

Needed outdoor speakers for my patio. Read a few reviews and they all stated that for the $$ these were a really good deal. Boy were they right! Superb sound when cranked, nice looking as well.

These little speakers thump for outdoor speakers. A subwoofer would only make the neighbors mad, because these little things get loud and stay clear.

I purchased these speakers for my deck area (1800 sqft) and grill area which is about 45 ft away from the deck. The speakers provide clear, crisp sound with enough bass. I love the sound quality

I've bought much more expensive speakers in the past and they were of the same or less sound quality than these Yamaha speakers. These were very easy to install. I was replacing an existing set.

I was a little skeptical that speakers at this price point would perform, but I was wrong. I have these mounted outside on my roof deck and they sound great - for the amount of money I spent. Outdoors I don't need studio quality sound, I just need something that doesn't sound awful and is loud enough. These fit the bill perfectly and the sound is a lot better than I anticipated. I would like a little bit more bass but other than that I am very happy with this purchase.

I did not expect this good of sound quality from these speakers. They are louder and better sounding than I expected them to be. I would purchase these again and can recommend them to anyone.

I purchased these on a whim to get some speakers out on the deck. Although there were no wood screws included, the mounting process was very easy. I mounted my pair horizontally due to space limitations. I have them powered by a cheaper class-d amplifier with a small (+3dB) amount of bass equalization at 60Hz. I have them connected via a spare ChromeCast Audio I had laying around. Even with the cheaper equipment connected up, these have a really pleasant sound that I expect will improve after the woofer breaks in. I would definitely recommend this model if you are trying to get some music outside!

I had a pair of the smaller versions on my back deck and upgraded to these. A lot more base, and sound presence overall. Probably will move the others to the front porch that is much smaller.

These speakers install really easy with the brackets and screws supplied in the box. The sound is clear and travels well across my property.

Was looking for some good outdoor speakers for my parent's home in Florida. This were a great fit that offer great sound and very easy installation/setup. Would definitely recommend!
