Great Receiver

Best Buy Totaltech installed it, connecting all of the other components, as well as the TV surround sound. It seems to be a great product. The best thing is that the price dropped $100, and I was able to get a refund within the 60 day time period.

I went to buy it and it showed an open box price which stated excellent option. It was shipped to me and I was very excited to get it. To my dismay when I opened the box, one of the antennas was broken. I took it back to Best Buy and tried to get another open box which was advertised on the site and was told that I would have to pay more for it. Same excellent open box option. Was not happy about that and couldn’t understand why I could not buy it for the price I originally paid, no more open box for me
