Love this receiver love that it labels everything for you like Xbox living room etc.

Keep in mind this was an open-box purchase. I set this up knowing that there were issues with the HDMI 2.1 functionality that would prevent me running it at 4K and 120Hz with my xbox series x. I had to return it because even at 4k and 60Hz, I experienced issues with the video (a black window with another smaller, static window within). If I turned the unit off and then back on the signal would usually return and sync up with the xbox. The sound quality was fine mostly. A few occasions I would get a lot of static in the signal, and again I would turn the unit off and then back on and it would return to normal. I was able to use it with an Amazon FireTV stick and was satisfied. At this price point, I was really hoping it would run the new xbox series x and I could eventually run it at 4K/120Hz with a firmware update, but I just couldn't get past the buggy issues running it at 4K/60Hz too.

Easy to use and well priced, this receiver will win you over. It’s a good value and can be paired with any high def, Qled or Oled TV.

Had a Denon unit that was only a few years old die on me (red flashing light of death). Decided to try a new brand and something that could potentially work with 4K/120 sources in the future. I recently upgraded to the LG 77 OLED and a PS5, but as others have written, there's some catches when it comes to HDMI 2.1 support. The unit operates fine, but it won't kick into 120 mode so you'll be limited to 60fps whether you're using an Apple TV 4K or a PS5. The mode is grayed out on the PS5 and it's unclear whether software updates will be able to fix it.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this receiver! We were only looking for 5 speaker surround sound in a certain price range, but ended up getting so much more. We especially like how much you can customize it.

When I purchased this receiver, I planned to purchase a Samsung soundbar. I gave up Dolby Atmos and dealt with the frustration of selecting speakers, running speaker wire and locating banana plugs to make this work with two bookshelf speakers. The phrase "there is no replacement for displacement" applies to this receiver and the speakers that are intended for this product. The best analogy I can offer is a front wheel drive crossover with a turbo V6 vs. a full size SUV with a standard V8. A soundbar does the job well and is less frustrating but the solid audio experience with the power output this receiver delivers to larger speakers is far more impressive and satisfying. Freeing myself from the chaos of Dolby Atmos and gong back to basics with speaker wire and a true 5.1 setup calmed me greatly and restored my enjoyment of home theater

Purchased this unit to replace an aged Yahama unit and so far it has been excellent! I like the Bluetooth to my phone feature really well & the Bluetooth to my headphones so I can watch TV in the Bedroom without disturbing my wife!

I am thrilled its excellent picture and sound. No exaggeration to say that this is the best ever receiver of 2024. Top rated, I mean The surround is even better than my Onkyo 7100. The sync is excellent. No echo.

not what I wanted and returned for a different receiver which is like my last one. I am looking forward to receiving the new one and know I will enjoy it, as very much like the one I had 14 years ago. The return and service was very good at the Madison location and would go back there again.

Love the fact it’s also Bluetooth compatible for speakers and you can use your cellphone to operate. The power it produces is great. I have a 12” sub and every thing is perfect

This was an awesome purchase. If you already have 5.1 or 7.1 speakers (decent quality) this may be the purchase for you. I have Klipsh speakers and didn't want to upgrade them because they are small and have excellent sound. This receiver was the perfect upgrade. The 4k works great and solved some of my sound sync issues. Highly recommend this for the savy consumer.

Great sound, the music cast app is great! I love being able to turn the unit on and control everything from my phone. It integrates well with every streaming app I use.
