I give it a 3 stars because Best Buy and their lack of customer service. First off, the delivery company shows up and is missing the left arm of the sectional. Apparently the distribution center only gave them most of it. One of the back cushions doesn’t match either. I immediately call Best Buy and they tell me that the next appointment is in 2 weeks. I assume this appt is for them to bring me the rest of the sectional and replace the back cushion as I had described to 2 different “CSR”s. Not happy we have to wait so long, but whatever. Appointment day comes, and they have to reschedule due to “unforeseen” circumstances. They also informed me that the appt is only for an agent to come out and see what we are missing. So it could be another month because we receive the full order. Next appoint is in 5 days, so wish me luck.

Looks fabulous and best price and set up via best buy. The ability to add modularly is a plus. Love the covers too.

Deck is now our favorite hangout and gathering space. Bought an additional insert to make the seating even longer. High quality product!
