Sturdy little manual pasta maker that rolls sheets smooth and cuts noodles clean the dual cutter gives me spaghetti or wider fettuccine and the thickness dial makes it easy to go from thin lasagna sheets to dumpling wrappers without guesswork the clamp holds solid on the counter so it doesn’t scoot around and the stainless build feels tougher than I expected the cleaning brush and cloth are actually handy so I’m not digging dried dough out of the rollers later setup was quick dust a bit of flour and the dough feeds nice and even overall a simple affordable way to get fresh pasta at home and I’d totally reccomend it for anyone wanting bakery vibes in a small kitchen.
