The machine stopped working. Yogasleep sent a replacement and the replacement also stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Do not buy I should have read the reviews stopped working after just a few weeks . And buying from Best Buy sucks because of there return policy. I definitely will go with a different brand and shop on Amazon way better return policy.

Love the sounds. They DO help deepen sleep. Wish the power level was displayed somehow, but I've used it 2 or 3 successive nights (without recharging) with no problem
