    Great gift idea.I bought two. Kept one and gave one as gift to my daughter. The program lets you know if you're performing the exercises correctly and guides you to ensure you get the maximum effectiveness out of your workout. My personal trainer. Love it.

    This exercise program has many perks including the video camera that helps you see and correct your moves. While it is a great idea, the camera can be a problem if you get too much sunlight from nearby windows or not enough light in the evening. I like that you can chose which equipment you use (step, stability ball or hand weights). I wish the routines offered some flexibility. For instance, I can't do crunches due to abdominal surgery but there is no way to skip or block that exercise. When it comes up I get low scores for not following along.

    This game's graphics aren't as updated as the ones now-a-days obviously, but it gets the job done as far as tracking your movements and telling you when to adjust. I do wish the menu was a bit clearer but overall it is fun to play. Even my daughter plays it. The camera works great, I was not expecting such a clear visual of myself. That is much better than expected.
