    Works on a Mac, Windows, iPhone, Samsung and iPad. No issues. I don't use the authenticator, just the physical key.

    Didn't work well with a few sites. Can be a little confusing on how to tell what this will work for and what it will not. Might just be a user error. Maybe they can make a video on the app to walk people through a little more thoroughly.

    Did not come with directions. Easy to set up once you find the directions online at the Yubico. You use it for additional security, if you need it, for login to many various services you choose, such as Google account, Microsoft account, Dropbox account, etc.
