    Food cooked on this grill is fantastic. Just wish it was built by geek squad and not 3rd party best buy uses.

    Amazing smoker/grill. Getting better every time I use it. Almost got my temp set for ribs and steaks.

    Bought this item, used it twice then did not work properly, got in touch with customer service, they sent me to the manufacturer, very short period of return expired, just a waste of money overall. Please don't buy this item, especially with Best Buy. I have bought quite a few good electronic items from Best Buy but am very disappointed with this one and customer support as well.
