Needed help with lighting & mirror magnification when traveling & trying to put on eye makeup, as not every location had the setup I have at home. Would find myself seeking out a sunny window. This little mirror solves all my problems. The only negative is that it's heavier than I expected, but that won't stop me from making it a staple in my suitcase.

Great item, but I had to almost pry it open the first time I attempted to open it. I was afraid I was going to break it before I even used it. However, after opening it the first time it now opens easily.

On - Off switch is cheaply made and doesn't work each time. Light is very dim and second mirror doesn't light up. It was a mistake to purchase.
