Right out of the box it was cracked. I used the warranty to replace the unused screen. I should have requested a refund. One month later I accidentally dropped my phone while sitting and the screen protector cracked all over. The privacy of the screen is great. If you’re not right in front of it you cannot see the screen at all, so it is very private. This sometimes has its drawbacks—can’t see an incoming call or text from muted phone. All in all, I would not recommend this product. It’s pricey and fragile. There are cheaper options available that are more durable.

Their policy states free exchanges for life. So I’ll never buy another but it is annoying having to replace the screen so frequently
